Point in ordering the fries). My burgers looks like it was just thrown together as quick as possible everything is hanging out of one side. You guys should probably hire people who actually care about their jobs because this order was obviously put together by someone who could care less. Its my third time coming here, first time was great 2nd time i also didn’t recieve any of my sauce, if this is any indication of how things are going to be here im probbaly giving you guys one more chance, but if its like this i wont be back. Super disappointed. Thanks.

The food was very salty and the burger setup was much too grease/cheese to have that fresh flavorful bite.
The workers were great, drive through went fast.
Food ultimately isnt the best to eat for a mid-day fuel, but great for cravings and Americana burger joint.

I had a great experience in the restaurant (at the Colorado mills location) last night the manager on shift, Raz, was welcoming and provided a good conversation while I decided my order. He ended up selling me on the limited time only tacos. I will definitely be coming back for more!

I have been coming to this location an embarrassing amount of times the past 6 months. It has gotten to the point that the staff recognizes my voice when I come through the drive thru. The food is phenomenal, but what brings me to write this review is Jacob. I don’t know his last name. But I know he is roughly 22 years old and is frequently running the drive thru in the evenings. Jacob gives the kind of guest service most employers dream their staff would give. He has gone above and beyond for me EVERY SINGLE time and keeps me coming back. Never without a smile and a positive attitude. I hope freddys recognizes the kind of guest service Jacob gives. If I had a bussiness of my own, I’d hire him to run it and train staff in a heartbeat.

Freddy’s is delicious, good quality food at low prices. We enjoyed the convenience of this location and dined inside. They also have patio seating and a drive thru. Loads of parking make it easy to choose either dine in or drive thru based on your preferences. Our order came up quickly. We got two California Style Double Cheeseburger meals, one with fries and one with onion rings, subbed a brownie custard sundae for one of the drinks. They have some of the best hot fudge ever! The diner atmosphere was nice and the walk up order attendant was friendly, letting us know our options. There were also some cute little Halloween decorations throughout the restaurant. Free refills at the soda machine too. I completely forgot to order the cheese curds, another great reason to visit Freddy’s again soon.

Very loud! Not too friendly were aggressive and had attitude and not very friendly facial expressions seemed like they didn’t want to take my order. Some of the staff smelt like strong marijuana oder on them, that made me wonder how that’s okay too be working under the influence of any type of substance, we are supposed to trust you with making and handling our food but when your staff smell and look like they are very under the influence of substances and it’s very noticeable and you can smell it that makes us look at you guys way different and your business different!

The food is good. The staff is efficient and friendly. The ice cream is delicious. I only have one complaint about this place. When I come pick up an online order, I have to fill my own drink. I don’t know why but it aggravates me to no end. My entire order should be ready when I arrive, in my opinion. I hate juggling my bag of food while I work the fountain machine. Ok, I’m done.

The food is amazing. But the customer service is a 1 star. The cashier with fake long eye lashes and a fake ponytail was so rude. While she was taking my order she literally picked up a pen and started coloring her hand. Clearly she didn’t want to be there. Then we ate and decided we wanted the custard. Placing our order for ice cream was easy and a different cashier. But when we asked for a lid for the ice cream. That’s when the attitude came in from the original cashier. I asked for a lid and she just stared at me and said which one. I said the one for the concrete. And then she had the worst attitude when she said “well what size do you need!?” And rolled her eyes. Sorry but isn’t that your job to ask me the size?! She gave me the lid, and then she walked away and began texting on her phone. It wasn’t the right size so I asked another lady if she could give me the right size and she was happy to. The thing I don’t understand is these employees know that they need to provide customer service and they are the ones that applied for the job. So don’t be mad at the world that you work at Freddy’s! Go fold clothes at a department store with that rude attitude Also there wasn’t an adult insight and don’t look at the floor where the food is being made. It’s disgusting, food everywhere and trash. I definitely won’t be back and that sucks because the food is delicious!

I’m not the type of guy to write a review for a fast food place, especially one I have only been to twice, but Jacob made my interactions memorable and positive both times.
