One of my favorite Freddy’s locations! Freddy’s is my favorite type of fast food fry, so I love to go here for a little treat. The staff working here tonight were friendly, and they had our food ready only a few minutes after we ordered it. My boyfriend loved his veggie burger and cheese curds, and the fries were great as always!

The burger didn’t look the most appetizing but it was tasty. The chicken tenders were definitely made from frozen because the breading fell off the chicken almost entirely. We really liked their shoestring fries tho!

This location has always been great! I love the staff, food quality, and overall vibe. Today in particular stood out to me. I created a pickup order, and when I went to pick it up, the worker ensured I had everything, even adding extra sauce packets. He was extremely kind, even offering me an extra sundae that another guest hadn’t wanted. Highly recommend!

This is the only Freddy’s I wish I could visit all the time. The service was outstanding! Bryce was so sweet and very helpful with everything. I don’t think I have ever had service as good as this in any other Freddy’s. You need to give him a raise or some kind of bonus!

My 1st EVER time at Freddy’s but heard and passed a few locations before. It was great! The man taking our order was pleasant and friendly, place was clean, and delicious drinks and food! My hot dog and fries and my fountain drink were delicious, the sundae and concrete my mom and sibling got was good too. Bathrooms clean too. Overall, great place. Will recommend!

We just love Freddy’s burgers! They have THE best cheese curds you’ll find. They offer frozen custard treats and a solid kids menu. If you haven’t tried Freddy’s burgers, you’re not a fan of amazing burgers.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Freddy’s. The order was completely wrong — we didn’t receive the right toppings on our burgers, and the food that we did get was soft, limp, and cold. On top of that, part of my meal was missing entirely.
To make things worse, the employees were rude and unhelpful when we tried to address the issue. It was a frustrating experience all around, and definitely not what I expected from Freddy’s. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the food quality and customer service.
Update: They gave me a full refund and remade all the food.
