Food is usually always good, but my patty melt was on the very Salty side. Service: the kid didn’t want to make eye contact, rang me up before I finished my full order, so asked me twice if it was carry out or dine in. Atmosphere: again all the tables were sticky or had trash on them.

We’ve been to this store several times in the past and have always enjoyed it. The service was good and the food as well on our recent visit. However, when we first walked in the door I almost slipped due to the amount of grease on the floor. The entire store was incredibly slick and all five of us in the party felt it. I also went to wash my hands and the bathroom door was also covered in grease and grime. I start to get concerned that when they are not keeping the restaurant clean that they are also not keeping the kitchen clean. Hopefully that’s not the case! They could benefit from regular grease cleaning and using a clean mop to not spread the grease everywhere.

Went to this Freddy’s location near I-25 and 144th Avenue on a Thursday evening for dinner as a party of two. Wasn’t too crowded, and we found a small booth easily. Ordered a couple of burgers and fries, one drink and one milkshake. The food was ready in about 15 minutes. The burgers are a bit different than what is served at other restaurants (beef patty is very thin – a Freddy’s double would be about the thickness of a regular hamburger, i think) and the fries are the shoestring type – very small/thin as well. Soft drinks are self-serve. Paid just under $20 for a meal for two. Plenty of free parking outside, lots of tables and booths inside. The ordering kiosk was not in use during our visit. Will return in the future for different menu items.

Enjoyed the food and the customer service. The only complaint was the greasy/ slippery floors. My FIL was making jokes that he was ice skating on it. It was that slippery.

Just left the drive through. Once again – didn’t get what I ordered. Would have been nice to have my chili fries. I am done going out to eat or through drive throughs. No restaurants can get my order correct anymore, so why bother!

I’m not sure how everyone else’s food was but I had the crispy chicken sandwich with cheese curds. I ate the cheese curds hot and they were great, serving seemed small but tasty. I took the sandwich and ate it 15 minutes later and it was the worst chicken I’ve ever eaten. It was chewy, it was small when the breading fell off, one side of the fillet had a gristle that was not trimmed and could not be bitten through….really gross. First time ordering it, will be the last. This time was visiting family in Colorado, normally eat at a store in NM and not very often. Can’t say this makes me want to rush right back.
