This is an exceptional experience! I dont usually give 5 stars for everything, but this truly was top tier. When we walked in, they accommodated a group of 14 with no issues. They cooked our burgers to perfection. They were so good, who doesn’t love a good smash burger. Ingredients are fresh and high quality. The staff there was top tier, they are so friendly and just truly amazing! I will be back.

First time trying Freddy’s. The meat on the jalapeno pepper jack double was bland and it looked nothing like the menu picture. The chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders also didn’t look anything like the menu. Instead, they looked like frozen Sysco chicken. For a $14 combo I can get a significantly higher quality chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-A and they even have fresh squeezed lemonade. For a better burger cross the street to in-n-out for half the price.

Horrible experience,”drive thru”. Two drive though line open and waited 8 minutes without being greeted. Then finally someone comes on and says ” please move forward someone is taking orders outside. Then I pull up and totally forgot my order and needed a menu to look at, sure enough no menu to look at from the person taking orders outside. I wasted at least 20 minutes and got no where.And I sure did not want for the menu items to be read to me and waste more time. If Drive-Thru is going to be taking orders outside then be prepared and not half ass it. In-N-Out, Chick-fil-A literally have a menu hanging from the ipad that they use for taking orders.

I ordered a dish with two scoops and asked for 2 toppings. I was told that is considered a sundae. That was fine with me until I saw the size of the bowl. I was charged over $7 for a small dish that is ridiculous. I will not be going back here for a treat.

Dirty tables, trash cans are disgusting and overflowing, and all while the management team sits around doing nothing. Notice the dirty table table right next to them.
Prior visit-They have a great burger and the fries are delicious. The star of the show is the fry sauce!
The only complaint I have about this location is that it is typically dirty overall. The tables and condiment/drink counter are hardly ever wiped down, and the trash cans are usually full.

Went to this Freddy’s location near I-25 and 144th Avenue on a Thursday evening for dinner as a party of two. Wasn’t too crowded, and we found a small booth easily. Ordered a couple of burgers and fries, one drink and one milkshake. The food was ready in about 15 minutes. The burgers are a bit different than what is served at other restaurants (beef patty is very thin – a Freddy’s double would be about the thickness of a regular hamburger, i think) and the fries are the shoestring type – very small/thin as well. Soft drinks are self-serve. Paid just under $20 for a meal for two. Plenty of free parking outside, lots of tables and booths inside. The ordering kiosk was not in use during our visit. Will return in the future for different menu items.

I love Freddy’s. It’s my favorite restaurant. The problem I have with this restaurant specifically is their onion rings. Approximately 75% of my onion rings were either burnt of weirdly cut. I may sound picky, but compared to the other Freddy’s of which I’ve been to, this really disappointed me.
