Hailee was on her phone while I was standing there waiting for about 5 minutes to order something most of the employees are always on their phones. They lobby was very nasty the dumpster has food everywhere as well as the parking lot. All the employee were standing around joking and playing. I felt really sad because I come here a lot. Great place for an old school greasy spoon meal. I was in the mood for some beef. This is the spot for that craving. I got a combo so I could try the fries. I also wanted to try the patty melt. The show string fries surprised me to be honest. The right amount of salt, crunch and softness.

Just average for a Freddy’s. All the food tasted under seasoned and seemed extra greasy today. I do recommend dipping the fries in Freddy’s Fry Sauce to give them a flavor boost. Also the hot dog to bun ratio was off with way too much bun. Most of the tables also didn’t look like they had been cleaned for a while and we had to clean one ourselves. Bathroom was also out of paper towels.

Both the managers Hailey and Andrew at this location are great and very accommodating. They were soo kind and understanding and made this experience so easy for myself considering it was a stressful time with my 5 kids. They were awesome and patient with us and it was just an overall great experience! We will definitely continue coming to this location!

We love Freddy’s. This one was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very nice. I will commend this franchise because we had a large to go order that we ordered online. We had items missing, and we contacted them. They kindly refunded what was missing. I think that is very honorable, and it’s rare to see places that do that. The Afro American man with the messy short Afro/braids and glasses that works at the window on Friday nights is rude, verified with him my order was large and then handed me a medium sized drink after saying “yes”. Didn’t get the receipt to verify until the meal was handed to me by another employee. I was on my way to work and was eating my first meal of the day. I understand fast food isn’t the best job but take some pride in your work, & if you don’t like what you do maybe find something more desirable for you. Out of pure laziness or spite you handed me the incorrect items. The other employee asked me if I wanted it large but I had already waited 5 minutes and needed to be on my way to work.
