When I received my food I immediately noticed the burger patty was a smash like patty I’ve never had a burger like that. The burger needed a little salt for my liking and there was more burger patty than bun. I enjoyed my burger and absolutely loved the shoestring fries! I loved that my fries were so thin. My guest did not like his burger. He said it was bland, needed a lot of salt, and not enough bun for the burger patty. The bun was really tiny for how big the patty flattens out to be. My guest felt sick afterward. Before getting our food my guest wanted to wash his hands. He entered the bathroom and immediately saw there was paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor. The bathrooms smelled so bad and since this was opening time we assume that they were not cleaned the previous night to be ready for opening. Where we sat there was a hole in the wall the wall was damaged. Tried to give this place a chance but it did not impress. I hope this restaurant takes a lot more pride in its appearance especially the bathrooms with future guests.
– Hamburgers are hot and fresh with a nice crisp on the skirt.
– Fries are crispy and well seasoned.
– They have been out of fry sauce 2 out of the 3 visits! Who does the ordering?! Order more!
Cleanliness is poor. 4/10
– Floors are filthy. Stepped on a pickle!
– The majority of tables, benches, and seats were dirty. I had to wipe ours off with a Clorox wipe I keep in my purse.
– Trash can was overflowing.
Service is mid. 6/10
– The person who took our order greeted us when we walked in the door. She was in training. Order was accurate.
– They have a person (aka runner) who brings your food out to the table on a tray that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while.
– The runner just stood at the food counter waiting for the next order to come out. She stood there for minutes at a time doing nothing when she could have been wiping off tables or sweeping pickles off the floor.
Do better Freddy’s! And for God’s sake, order more fry sauce!!
I would recommend this location 10/10!
1. The restaurant was filthy and had an unpleasant smell. The carryout shelf had dried-on food and crumbs all over the shelves and counter. The floor was dirty.
2. The cashier was somewhat lazy. He looked at the ticker tape where orders print, saw that it was empty, shrugged and closed it. His counterpart kept opening and closing the same food warmers over and over. How about doing some cleaning if you need something to do?
3. The manager had the nerve to tell me to place my order online AGAIN. Why? I was standing right there in front of you and you couldn’t be bothered to take it as a to-go order?
4. I decided to not place another order as I was concerned my bank would be charged twice.
I understand computers make mistakes and orders don’t go through. But this was their opportunity to step up and offer some decent customer service. I’m not talking about comped food. I’m referring to basic, BASIC assistance.
The chili cheese fries and hot dogs are my go too! Today I got a double cheese and they did not disappoint. The lobby was clean, restrooms were clean, I will continue to make my way down to this location! Keep it up Rim! You guys are killing it!

We took the drive home and stopped here because I remember eating at the Kerrville location and it was great, I love Freddy’s food and atmosphere BUT…
This young girl was rushing our order in drive through when I needed to look over the menu.
She kept asking anything else rather than will that complete the order. I worked fast food and know what its like.
When I got to the window she was silent, no words just shoving drinks and food at us. Not a hello , not here you go , nothing but a stank face , I assume boyfriend problems or bad night so I shook it off giving another chance.
I know body language well enough to know after giving us our food she said nothing with that stank face and slammed the window as I said thank you have a great night as she may not have heard the whole thing. Mom and dad would be ashamed.
I drove off to park as my wife was checking the food.
We noticed we were missing our chicken tenders for our 6 yr old.
We drove back through the drive through and got no response, must have been closing.
I drove to the window and tried to speak to them about the tenders that were missing. My drive home was another hour. I needed to feed my daughter. I had to give hand signals as I was getting irritation from the young lady and finally after 2 minutes she opened the window and shoved my food out with no words and slammed the window closed again.
My experience here was based on her and who ever was in charge. Horrible experience , we ended our night with having to deal with rude people and I won’t return to Freddy’s in the city again.
We work hard for our money and deserve good treatment and when establishments treat people as if they are in the way or an inconvenience , id rather spend my money at the grocery store and cook myself.
DO NOT GO HERE
What i really want is my money back !!!
