Great place for a quick lunch and awesome old fashion steak burger, shoestring fries and frozen custard! Food and service was great. A young girl asked me if I wanted whipped cream and a cherry on my frozen custard and I hadn’t even finished the credit card transaction yet, that’s how fast they are! Only negative was a lot of dirty tables but it was busy for lunch. I did notice later they got caught up on all the tables and the manager even dropped by to make sure everything was ok. Recommended.

Not going to lie the burgers were salty especially the Prime rib burger. The Cheeseburger taco was decent. The food was okay. My only issue was the dining area and staff. The dining area had the trash cans overflowing with little to no customers inside the establishment. But apparently the staff were to busy playing a game of tag to empty out the trash cans.

I heard we had a Freddy’s in Tomball and decided to try it. I wasn’t disappointed. I got the double steak burger w Fries and a chocolate shake. The restaurant was busy so we waited a little longer for our orders than normal, I suspect. Our patience was rewarded with a hot meal to grab from the counter. As far as I can tell, Freddy’s Steak burgers are prepared and cooked “Smash” style, which I like. Mine had a very slight warmed-over flavor to it. The fries were hot and crispy shoe-string style and I tried the spicy mustard. I prefer my fries larger with my big clumsy fingers, but they were tasty. My favorite part of the meal was the chocolate shake. It was rich and delicious. You definitely need the extra thick straw to enjoy it. It’s almost like pudding in consistency. I highly recommend the shakes. I consider FreddIy’s to be a top-notch burger place in the FFood category, up there with Culver’s and other iconic burger places. I will be back.

The food is always great! The service at today’s visit was exceptional! Jordan greeted myself and my son with a smile and outgoing personality. He made sure our family rest was correct before checking us out and even came by our table to check on us while we were dining to make sure we were good on condiments and napkins. 5 Star Service is not the norm in the fast food industry these days so I felt compelled to acknowledge Jordan for going above and beyond in the service he provided today. BIG THANKS TO JORDAN and to Freddys for providing a quality training program.

I will start saying I love Freddy’s, and eat there regularly at other locations, but this specific Tomball location needs some help.
In the last several months it has started to suffer significantly, and yes I have visited multiple times hoping it got better.
Tables and floors are dirty. Sticky and food present.
Trash cans overflowing by each exit door.
Drink and condiment sections are dirty and have spilled items.
Burgers are either undercooked or overcooked, and then slapped together.
Some (not all) staff seem bothered by the customers interrupting their conversation and horseplay with other employees with ordering.
The store was not full of customers, nor did they just finish a rush period. The staff was just hanging out behind the counter. No issue with that at all honestly if the place is at least clean and presentable to customers.

They were so saturated will oil and not fit to eat!!! I had to trash them !! NEVER AGAIN

My husband wanted a burger and fries so we stopped here for the first time. Food came out quick and was hot and seasoned well. Only a few tables were full but many tables were empty but dirty. May try again another time and hoping there will be clean tables. Also a little concerned about kids working with food in the back with long hair but no hair nets.
