My 1st time maybe I’m just not used to the smash burger style or maybe it was just over cooked
I didn’t care for the crunchy aspect of the burger again 1st time so I’m not sure if that’s the way it’s supposed to taste like
We also tried the new taco smash thing.. which we just wanted to give it , it’s day in court . As expected a let down , I guess I want one or the other not a combo burger taco ( had it just been ground beef I’d be in ) but again the smash thing , just didn’t do it
The counter moved fast ( there was a line) and the food speed was more than tolerable
All in all I loved the tots but that’s not a very high bar but I did really like their FREDDY SAUCE get or ask for the spicy one

The young lady with pink hair (I believe her name was Briana) is truly amazing!! Today I stopped for lunch and brought a friend along who’s never had Freddy’s. She was very friendly and patient when taking our order and recommended the hot cocoa frost which we absolutely loved! We were blown away after watching her make both our frost, bring our food to our table, and clean the dining room. There wasn’t much of a wait for our food and everything was correct and hot. Briana’s warm smile and service totally made our experience. We’ve already decided to stop by again very soon!!

Dirty inside… most to all tables are dirty.
Ordered a double steak burger with jalepeno cheese (which you pay extra for) and I KNEW we should have checked the bags before pulling off.. but of course my husband trusted the workers and we gor a double burger, no Jalepeno cheese, not even A slice of any cheese… please listen to these reviews… the people working here are just pumping stuff out without paying attention and leaving the main room filthy.

California style burger was and the thin fries….yum! the strawberry shortcake ice-cream was amazing. If you eat inside, it feels relaxing and they play hit aongs.

I had a wonderful time there last night everyone was nice and respectful. I had a great time there with my face and food was good. I LOVED the French fries it was honestly amazing. Great place to go to to get a bite to eat. Jordan was especially kind she has a lovely personality and wished there were more people like her. Overall I had a great experience and 10/10 would recommend

Very loud in the lobby. Had to wipe our own table down because it hadn’t been cleaned. Waited 15 minutes for the custard and it had the wrong candies in it. Had to wait again for it to be made correctly. The burgers were good.

Deanadre was AMAZING at Freddy’s! He was incredibly helpful, energetic, and professional, and you can tell he’s a great manager. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly and that customers were happy. His leadership and positive attitude really stood out and made the whole experience even better. Service was super slow. I watch them package up my food and sat for about five minutes before even getting it through the window. The person taking the Order also seemed confused on me wanting three chicken tenders and told me that that wasn’t an option then proceeded to try to ring me up for a kids meal chicken tender with two tenders and when I said I didn’t want a kids meal offered me the three tenders that I asked for it to begin with. She remained respectful and kind, but overall, I was annoyed.

This location needs to be SHUT DOWN. When we arrived, there was garbage overflowing everywhere, including on the tables. Only a few tables had been cleaned, and my family was forced to sit at the only semi-clean one available. While we were sitting there, we saw at least three roaches crawling around. That alone should tell you everything.
This place is absolutely disgusting and clearly unsanitary. Do NOT bring your kids here this location is infested with roaches. It’s shocking that they’re allowed to operate like this. Someone seriously needs to call the health department because this is unacceptable.
