Food is prepared well seasoned properly, etc., however, orders taken via the mobile app are almost never filled correctly by the staff at this location. Just today, I was told that everything was in the takeout bag, but was left without my Sunday and fry sauce despite ordering both.

Their phones are also disconnected now, presumably to avoid having to deal with customers in this situation. Do not recommend unless you are going to sit in to make sure you actually get all of your food.

I’ve come here a couple of time and honestly the food is subpar compared to other This location is disappointing because if you go to close to closing time you wait 20 mins for your food and they are always conveniently “out of custard” every time. Which translates to I’ve cleaned this station and don’t want to make a mess again. The customer service is not great at night either. You feel like you’re a burden by being there. The fries were cold to top it off. I will go a little further to the one in Baytown moving forward.

This was my first time coming to Freddy’s and I must say this establishment has a lot to offer. The ambiance was pleasant and the place was clean. From the moment I walked in the door it brought me back to a much simpler and happier time in my life. The service was excellent and Gabe was very hospitable and attentive. The food came out very quickly. I will be returning with my family in the future.

Ordered lunch for 2 and when done and ready to pay, they said they didn’t have change for $100 bill. When next door to MOD PIZZA and had a feast. Very disappointed because my son was excited and I wanted to surprise him with what once was, his favorite hamburger joint. Place was empty for a reason.

Came through for National Steak Burger Day and was extremely satisfied with EVERYTHING staff was awesome, food was great, order came out super fast ant the app is really to use (I got my burger for $1 through the app). On Sunday, December 21,2025, my family and I dined at this location. I had my 10 month old Princess with me. She tried applying for a job by making a mess and proving that she could clean it by picking it all up herself. I let her and told her to continue building that immune system. Meanwhile, the staff there, from start to finish, were truly AMAZING!!! They were extremely attentive and it was very appreciated. THANK YOU!!!!

Staff on drive thru orders do not have the common decency to put big orders in the drive thru out in front to wait.

Sat for almost 30 minutes while the big SUV ahead of me got three grocery bags of food while I was there for an ice cream.

No apologies for the wait no offer to discount the food.

Take note corporate, you lost a customer for life
