Seems as if this spot is going down hill. This review is coming in after repeated orders with missing items when delivered through their site. This time we called them and did get a refund for the hand-full of missing items, BUT, exceptional service isn’t just “We’ll get you a partial refund.”… its, “Im sorry for your messed up order. Here’s a full refund.” Or “We apologize for the inconvenience, here is a coupon (or similar) for free x.” We paid, we waited (1hr), and didn’t get what was paid for. As a restaurant, what would you want done to you as a sitting patron if the same happened?

Very good and freshly cooked burger that was hot when I opened the box in which it came. I got the double, which had enough meat to be satisfying, but not so much that it was unmanageable or likely to dislocate my jaw!
The fries are shoestrings, which I prefer over fat, greasy versions. They, too, were hot when I got them!
There was a bit of a wait to get the food, since it is cooked fresh, and the parking lot in which the store sits is cramped and hard to escape. But, despite that, I’ll be back for my once-a-month bit of fast food!

This was my first time visiting this branch, and I regret going there. I ordered my meal and specifically asked them not to include pork, and the employee assured me they wouldn’t. I was shocked when I opened my meal and found slices of pork in it. I have a severe allergy to pork, which is why I requested that it be omitted. I do not recommend visiting this branch; it’s very poorly managed.

I had the smokey bacon cheddar stack, cheese curds, and turtle custard. It felt wrong eating it but good at the same time, like gambling away my savings but giving the winnings to charity. It was all that dang good. Gained 10 lbs instantly. I’m new to the area and couldn’t resist.

I’ve given up on society. It’s impossible to get even half decent service from an evening staff at any fast food restaurant here and Hewitt, or pretty much anywhere. This includes this establishment. No one cares about their job anymore. No one cares if the food is made properly, no one cares how long it takes.

Usually things are great but this is now the second time we ordered cheese fries and got not even a teaspoon of cheese sauce on them…the first time I took them back because there was maybe 1/4 teaspoon on them…this time I ordered an extra side of cheese…glad I did…at least my son could have cheese fries…if you are charging extra for it…do better!

I normally never have an issue here and frequent here often. These old, soggy, nasty fries were deemed acceptable to serve. Based on my previous experiences, I was astounded. These were so inedible, that they went straight to the trash. The burger was ice cold and tasted equally old. Also inedible. Maybe next time will be better.
