First time visiting here. The place could use a good cleaning. Floors were sticky, tables needed to be wiped down and there were lots of fruit flies. We only stayed because it was my son’s birthday and he really wanted to try it.
I liked how their burgers are thin and crispy but it lacked seasoning. Shoestring fries were crunchy but needed a bit of salt. Tater tots needed less salt. Chili dog had an off flavor. We couldn’t do more than a bite. Cheese curds were just okay. We also ordered dessert and they got all three incorrect. Like how do you get them all wrong?! Also thought it was gross how the custard machine just empties into an uncovered container. Probably so many fruit flies mixed in.
It was a one and done for us. We won’t be returning.

I ordered my burger through the app. When I arrived my bag was sitting on the stand ready to go. The top of the bag was folded over and taped so nobody could mess with it. I ended up ordering something else real quick while I was there and the young lady took my order with a smile on her face. She made my sundae and handed it to me, super fast. Excellent service! This is one of the best Freddy’s that I have been to. They are always consistent with the food and the service!

I came in for the veterans special which gives you a free combo meal of your choice. I must say that’s a very generous offer considering how much food you get. A very nice burger and a great selection of sides to go with it. The fries were good and I asked the manager if they had an order of cheese curds that I might try just to see if I like them, and he made me a whole order. I thought that was a nice gesture. Extremely friendly staff, very clean restaurant, and great food. A winning combination. Definitely recommend!

We love Freddy’s! Their steak burgers are amazing and thin cut fries are the perfect side! They have some great sauces to dip your fries in as well. IF you’re still hungry after all that, they have some pretty delicious desserts too!

I ordered the #1 combo (Double Cheeseburger, fries and med. drink). It was around 6:15pm and they weren’t super busy so my order was taken promptly and the food was out super fast. The cheeseburger was cooked perfectly, the fries were delicious. They have the real thin, crispy fries which I love.
The staff was upbeat and friendly.
The only thing that prevents me from giving this experience a 5 stars instead of 4 stars is the cleanness of the place. Several dirty tables and the floor needed a good sweeping. I stayed for about 30 minutes and no one ever came out to the floor to clean. They might have been short handed and I know how challenging it can be to run a restaurant.
I’m sure this is not the norm so I look forward to coming back and hopefully revising up to 5 Star!

I love Freddy’s as a chain, but this location could use some TLC, it’s quite sticky and often not very clean.
A few of the teenagers who work here are often loudly complaining about working their jobs, which is a turn off for coming here when waiting for your food and it not coming out hot.
When the food is fresh and hot though, Freddy’s can’t be beat. Shakes and custard is great too. If another location is within the same distance for you go to that one instead.

I love Freddy’s and the Euless location is my favorite by far. The staff is very friendly and show genuine hospitality. My favorite employee is a manger named Yaseen. He’s always so polite and friendly and very hospitable. I always recommend friends and family to visit this location.

Not a great first experience. The staff were friendly as I was greeted several times as I stood in line for 10 minutes or so. I never been here so it definitely gave me more time to understand the menu options. The ordered the # 2 combo which is the double with bacon and I wanted to substitute the fries for chili cheese fries. Unfortunately they didn’t have any chili. The cashier was able to answer all my questions and provided me my receipt. I was called to gather my items. A friend recommended this place to me and mentioned the chili cheese fries with some “fry sauce” were amazing sadly I missed the opportunity to experience that. I returned to the counter and asked for some “sauce” she said oh it’s right there… but it wasn’t she then restocked the “fry sauce” and asked if I wanted the spicy or regular

I ordered the grilled cheeseburger and a regular orange lemon cream frost from a young man at register.
A few minutes later the manager announced my order by number.
I came around to where he was and only my grilled cheese steak burger was there.
I asked where my orange lemon cream frost was.
He looked confused and asked the young man who took my order where it was.
He never made it. So, I said to the manager I guess my order isn’t ready. He said right. He didn’t say sorry and will get that ready
Yet, the empty regular cup for my orange cream frost was still sitting by the register emty.
So, I waited for my regular lemon cream frost to be made.
A few minutes later the young man brings a small orange cream frost up to the counter made.
I said I ordered a regular size.
Pointed to the empty regular cup he pulled out when I originally ordered it.
He finally proceeded to make it and gave it to me.
Through all of this, he and the manager never said sorry for the inconvenience.

Best smash burgers around. Before they’ve become all the rave, this place has been doing it right for the past few decades. Their steak burgers (smash burgers) are juicy and delicious w the crunchy edges. Along with their fries and variety of dipping sauces. Also they have the BEST chicken tenders out of any chain, and that’s not even their specialty. Those tenders are better than Cane’s, wing stop, dare I say Chick Fil A. Go try their meals, u won’t be disappointed!
