Been a while since I visited a Freddy’s and they opened this new location so I decided to stop in for a bite to eat. Had their Cali style burger and it was good. The fries were very thin shoe-string style and were good as well. Had enough room in the tank after the burger and fries so I got a Oreo concrete and it was also good. Will be considering this place in the future whenever I feel like I need a burger and frozen custard treat.

On our 1st visit to the earl campbell location. Not only was the person taking our order not knowledgable about the workings of the freddys app the food was of very POOR QUALITY. Fries were SOOO SALTY. The drinks smelled bad and tasted DIRTY! After reaching out the the GM maria in charge of this location. Not only did she disregard the issue she was aware that the drink machine is having issues with the water system there. She didnt even try to make it right with us it being our 1st time there. As she later emailed a MINI FROZEN CUSTARD as a poor ATTEMPT to make things right. WHICH SHE DID NOT! This is suppose to be a NEW LOCATION. But I HIGHLY recommend people not eat or even waste your hard earned money there! Poor Management, Dirty Quality Drinks & The fries are so salty there will more than likely be health concerns after eating from this location. Dont Do It!!! WE WILL NEVER VISIT FREDDYS!!!

This place will not be in business very long if things do not change. The staff was very juvenile and did not appear be well trained. Our burgers were VERY under cooked..extremely rare. We ordered 2 concrets for desert and they were so over blended, they were more like shakes. No chunks at all. And lastly, the manager on duty was overhead yelling at the staff loud enough that it clearly be heard in the dining room. We will not be back to this location.

Love Freddy’s but not this one. Tonight was our first time to this location and we won’t be going back. The young woman that rang us up was not polite or friendly. After our meal, we got desserts and they were not made correctly. Nothing like we’re used to from Freddy’s. Sadly, we’ll still have to make the drive to the South Broadway location.
