Had never been to a Freddys. This one is close to work and I had to get something fast. You can smell the beef cooking from outside- yum. Got the jalapeño burger and was not disappointed. Good burger quality and not overrun by a giant bun. Shoe string fries were good. Crispy and not greasy or in old grease. Must come back for the shake. I’m told it’s good.
Oh yeah they have hotdogs and chicken sandwiches and we’re running a steak burger taco special.
Service quick and this one was very clean.

I don’t often leave negative reviews, but I have been to this Freddy’s multiple times and been so disappointed each time that I have to say something. I generally love Freddy’s and have been to multiple across two different states. I know what the quality can be, what the standards are, and what is absolutely unacceptable.
One of the burgers we ordered recently was so rare that my husband didn’t feel comfortable eating it. Freddy’s standards don’t allow for varying degrees of rarity to begin with, but this was crazy.
And we ordered two regular fries that were not even close to being full.
I wish we could have gone back to have it remade, but we didn’t have time that night. It’s a real bummer to get all the way home when you’re really looking forward to something, and then being so disappointed.
I wish I could say this was a one-off instance, but almost every time we’ve gone to this location, they’ve had issues. They’ve been out of straws, small cups, milk, oreos at different times.
I’m so sad, but I don’t think we’ll be back after this.

Very clean, as it’s a new location. Order time was quick, but it took a little longer than I expected to come out. The price point is definitely on the higher side for fast food. Food was good, I got the patty melt and had no issues with it, just what I expected. Shoestring fries are delicious.

Yet another wonderful experience at Freddy’s Jasmine helped me out so much. She recommended the brownie concrete with vanilla ice cream instead of the chocolate 10 out of 10 100% recommend the patty melt is delicious. If you love a patty melt you’ll definitely love this one. I tried the onion rings this time with the little bit of the Freddie sauce, and it was really really good. Totally recommend trying it out. The sweet tea is some of the best around the service. Here was great. The location is clean. I love that they have all the Freddie fax all around the location and at every table you can read a fun fact about Freddie’s life the food, no matter which location I’ve been to has been spot on delicious and fresh and hot every time well except for the ice cream it was cold and delicious and I guess it’s custard not ice cream. Some of the things are a little bit on the higher price side, but definitely worth it. Thank you, Jasmine for outstanding service you rock girl!

Table and dining room not welcoming clean when we arrive on Saturday evening.

The food is over priced for what you get. I got the double bacon burger and the spicy chicken sandwitch. One was $8 and the other $7. I would understand if the cost was reflected in the portion size or even in taste but sadly, it did not. The double, bacon burger was a 6/10 and the spicy chicken sandwitch was a 3.5/10. The chicken felt like it was frozen and for $7 you would expect something closer to the chick fil a quality but it did not even come close to it. The service was decent, not bad but not anything to rave about. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. It was my first time and probably only time visiting.

This Freddys can not get an order right. It’s comical at this point. We’ve been coming since opening and should have learned our lesson but it’s so conveniently located. Ordered a veggie sandwich no sauce and it comes with sauce. Ordered a concrete with banana…no banana. Asked for regular fry sauce and we only get jalapeño, smoky and ketchup. Travel to Wylie that’s a much better run Freddy’s.

This place is a disaster. For a while they were out of cups, custard or spoons. Now with new management the place is under serving custard. My large Sunday is two tiny scoops of custard and a squirt of caramel and chocolate. This place will rip you off.

I love Freddy’s…. Normally. I’ve been to various different locations over Oklahoma and Texas. However, this location is consistently bad, to the point where I can’t go back.
The past couple experiences a this location have been bad.
Out of milk so they can’t make shakes.
Out of cups so they can’t make shakes or concretes.
Out Oreo so they can’t make anything cookies and cream.
Now, the most recent time, they give me an actual raw burger. First bite in and it’s just red and totally undercooked.
This location either needs new management or someone to come in and get it into order because this ain’t it. Lost a customer.
