Visited for dinner tonight and it started off pretty rocky. Placed my order at 6:06 and waited nearly and hour for my food. Went to the counter to inquire why and was informed a new hire gave my order to someone else. A new order was promptly rushed out to me in less than 5 minutes. The general manager also then gave me free custard for the wait which was extremely nice. No where he went absolutely above and beyond is when I went back to the register to purchase a bottle of the seasoning I love he told me to just grab it and it’s on the house! He absolutely didn’t need to do that but it was greatly appreciated! This is why I continue to come to Freddy’s because even when a mistake is made they always go above and beyond to fix it or to make it right by the customer. Especially this location

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious and fresh, you can really tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. I also want to compliment the management. You can see their leadership reflected in how smoothly everything runs. They were present, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great dining experience. It’s rare to see a place where the team works so well together, and it makes a huge difference.
Overall, amazing food, excellent service, and outstanding management. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to everyone I know!

We knew this place was new but didn’t realize it was the second day open. Everything went well. They are clicking along better than some locations that have been open for years.
The staff was surprisingly pleasant for a fast food place. I have had several fast food jobs. They must have a great boss to be like that.

These prices are beyond ridiculous to be fast food they don’t even have a meal under $13 they used to have one that was $9 apparently the workers don’t know anything about that anymore I don’t know how these fast food locations are going to stay open with the prices being as high as they are. I looked at the menu walked in and walked out.

Went here for the first time yesterday. I ordered a jalapeno burger, fries and onion rings.
The onion rings are battered, not breaded, which is a plus. They were good.
The fries were well seasoned, but they are matchstick fries, which are the worst type of fries. I did not enjoy them.
The burger, because it was a jalapeno burger, had a good spiciness, but that is where the compliments end. There wasn’t anything special flavor wise about the burger and was completely forgettable.
Honestly, go here for the custard. I don’t see myself returning, but for you the reader, you should at least see for yourself.

My friends and I had finally came here after school after seeing them open a week ago and grabbed some cheese curds since one of said friends heard about them being really good. To make a long story short they are absolutely immaculate and plan on going again tomorrow because we have had absolutely nothing like them before and still talked about how good they were an hour after fully consuming them.
Customer service wise I can definitely say the same, the clerk that took our order was very friendly and overall pleasant to be around.
I highly encourage anybody who is curious about this place to go immediately
