Normally don’t have any issues with this place and don’t expect to due to the price. However, I go through the drive thru and the lady in the drive thru didn’t reports my order back. So, I moved on an pulled forward and asked her to repeat my order before I paid since it was over $15. She did and what she said was correct but when it came to the large chili cheese tots they were fries. So, if they would train their employees to communicate better it would have been avoided! Then, they give me a large chili cheese tots but instead of large it was a regular side! I talked with the manager and instead of just remaking my meal due to 3+ issues the manager only remakes the chili cheese tots. So, now I’m stuck with a cold burger but at least they made the tots right! Long story short they need to train their staff better and do what’s right by the customer! Not just fix the 1 thing they screwed up!

Burger was decent. I had the California Style double cheeseburger. The cheese fries are terrible. The cheese tasted very synthetic. The regular fries were way better. The fries are stringy. The custard was great. We had the chocolate brownie delight as well as the signature custard with Heath bar instead of pecans. The bathrooms were gross. Bathrooms are a big deal because if they don’t keep those clean then you have to wonder how well they keep up the kitchen. The staff wasn’t too friendly, but they were okay. This restaurant is in the middle of nowhere so you would think they would be happy to have business. I had never been to Freddy’s before and I wasn’t sure what was on each thing so I was trying to ask questions. I would probably go back to Freddy’s for the frozen custard, but will probably skip the meal.

Christian the manager at this Freddy’s location is definitely doing something right! He delivered the best service I’ve ever received when picking up food for my family! Not only did he deliver amazing service he showed what it means to be a model manager he brought my shake out to me after asking me to pull forward and afterwards he took it upon himself to clean trash in the parking lot! I know it doesn’t seem like a huge task but it shows a lot about his character! The way he spoke and his attitude makes me want to put more good out in the world and treat everyone like he treated my wife and I tonight! I hope any upper management of this location is reading this review because Christian needs to be put in for promotion or two or at least a raise because I know that he is doing something right at this establishment.

We had stopped at two different Freddy’s locations so I am writing this review based on both observations. Regardless if you stop st one or 50 different locations, the quality of the food and service is identical. Food quality is always great and the staff is always friendly. The atmosphere is somewhat “all about Freddy and the evolution of the restaurant”. There is nothing wrong with this, however it is so layed back you may overlook the content.
Overall, you will always be satisfied with Freddy’s.

Please tell us about your experience. Customer service was great. It’s hard to find friendly and helpful service these days. The food was fresh and good. However, the hospitable environment and super helpful cashier is the reason we will continue to give our business to this establishment.

We stopped here on a weekend for lunch as we were driving to Texas. We enjoyed the food here and would likely come back in the future. You can never go wrong with Freddy’s!

I have never given a 4 star to a Freddie’s, they are normally a reliable 5 star stop, not this location. Super nice young man took our order, self serve pop machine ice was out of order, he had to make them, that’s fine, but then the lid/straw station was our of medium lids. Same nice man fixed us up. Heard the cooks holler “no curds”, out of that. My food was good, but co-traveler said not enough sauce. Still not the end of the world, but then I visited the restrooms. Lordy, need some serious attention. A deep cleaning at least. (See photos) Also a worker running around in her “Saturday night clubbing outfit”( also see photo).

We, family of 3 traveling from Dallas Friday evening to my Brothers house in Murray County to attend a Memorial Service for my Sister on Saturday @ 10 AM. My original Double Burger overcooked, Onion Rings also. All staff not friendly, out of Napkins, I ask 1 young man to refill those, not done, little paper white condiment cups NONE IN 2 different locations. Men’s RR had hand soap not attached to wall. Politely pointed that to an employee that came in RR as I was using MY OWN HAND SANITIZER. He said they been having issues with that.???? 1 POSITIVE THING, MY WIFE REALLY LIKED THE FROZEN CUSTARD>. I used the pull off Smokey BBQ to dip my overcooked Onion rings in since we were taking our $40 + orders to go. Really needs corrected! Have had great experience at locations in Wylie, TX, Tennessee and others in OKLAHOMA.

I can highly recommend the Patty Melt Combo. My friend didn’t care for the PB&J sundae she ordered. She said she should have stuck with chocolate. The service was exceptionally slow, (lowered stars) but we waited, we were on a road trip and not in a hurry… However, we noticed people were leaving after they saw the backup in the dining room. We watched a huge party of a dozen people leave before ordering. There is a “We are hiring” sign out front, so we were all warned!! Also, the food is cooked to order, and I suppose some people did not want to wait.
