It took a few mintues to be greeted at the speaker box. I ordered a crispy chicken club and they did NOT put bacon nor did they put cheese. There was only one person ahead of me and the kids working here were more worried about talking and goofing around. If they would’ve paid attention to my order, maybe it would have been made correctly. This was my first time trying Freddy’s. Not the best experience.

This is the worst Freddy’s I’ve ever been to. The burger meat tasted old and flavorless, the fries were stale and cold. The floors in the bathroom and throughout the restaurant were disgusting. Based on those facts, we were hesitant to drink the fountain drink cause when was the last time they cleaned it? I will never go back to this location traveling through OK!

Visited around 2 pm on 10/9/25. Levi waited on us and was friendly and helpful. I told him how important I thought first impressions can be. I relayed we went to a newly opened Freddy’s in Ellisville (St, Louis) when it first opened.. It may have been a shortage of workers but it was a slow moving line and not too clean and we left before ordering and haven’t been back. Levi mentioned that his General Manager Ginger would not allow place to be dirty or poor service.
How refreshing to have a friendly young man like Levi wait on us. Kudos to Levi and Ginger! We hope to stop next time we travel from St Louis to Texas to visit our daughter and her family.

Great food, BUT beware, their bathrooms are for both genders, a stall and urinal, no lock on main door, sooo my wife goes into the stall, a grown man walks right in and in the small space WITH my wife. Very concerning, especially if your kids go use their restrooms, they are suggesting your daughter can use the bathroom along with a strange grown man.

This was my first time to ever have Freddie’s and OMG, Ginger met us at the register and explained the app and all the things. This lady is an absolute gem! This location is so blessed to have her. She brought our food out and has been walking around taking with customers. I will come back simply just to see her again! She made our day!!!

OMG everything was delicious! I took one bite of the steak burger and I was in love! It had to be one of the best burgers I’ve eaten in a while! Then on to dessert and I order a waffle cone and boy oh boy that ice cream really lives up to the hype! It was so creamy and absolutely delightful!

Meh food, meh service, high prices. Not too much reason to go here again – I’ll certainly be passing next time. Just go to Braum’s or even a sit down place and you can get a better burger and better service for cheaper.

Freddy’s in Moore is hands-down one of the best places for a burger! Every time I visit, I’m impressed not just by the delicious steakburgers and custard, but by the incredible service. The manager, Ginger, goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcome and taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about both her team and the customers.
The staff here is always friendly, attentive, and efficient – they get orders out quickly without sacrificing quality. On top of that, the restaurant is spotless every time I walk in, which says a lot about how well this location is run.
If you’re in the area and craving a great burger with top-notch service, you can’t go wrong with this Freddy’s. Huge kudos to Ginger and her amazing crew!

Really? Ordered a large cheese curd and got a small in a large container! Every time I come to this establishment, I get a large cheese curd. They are always filled to the top. This one was filled about the size of a small because I’ve gotten a small before and that’s why I usually get the large. The family got meals and all I wanted was my cheese curds! Thanks for nothin! Also I stopped getting shakes months ago because I always get vanilla and there is always chocolate finger prints on my cup and once my lid! Didn’t want to be a Karen over a shake so I’ve never said anything but after getting robbed today. I’m over it! family night at Freddy’s is done!
