Overall, this Freddy’s location is what you expect from any other Freddy’s location. As a franchise, that makes sense. You can expect pretty tasty burgers and frozen custards. I got the California Steakburger combo (please see picture) and I was satisfied with my meal and the price was reasonable and not obnoxiously expensive like a lot of airport restaurants tend to be. Service was good with friendly employees.
The reason for taking 2 stars away is the atmosphere and cleanliness of the place. As I walked in the restaurant, there was a fowl sewer stench emanating throughout the place. There was also trash and food all about the floor. Of course, this has a lot to do with the patrons but it did seem like a lot of the mess has been there for a while. It makes you wonder how clean the kitchen area is where the food is being made…

I ordered food while waiting on my flight. When I went to get my food, I asked for ketchup. The guy that was working the fryer was going to bring me some ketchup when the man bagging the food rudely interrupted saying he already put some in the bag. I said that I would like some more. The worker then let out a loud sigh, grabbed the packets, and slammed them on the counter while making comments about me just asking for ketchup. I was by myself with my 5 month old baby and I felt very embarrassed and upset. I was kind and politely asked for some simple ketchup. I did not expect to get that reaction over it.

Nice thin style burger. The thin length wise cut pickles were great. Shoestring fries were great as well and are much better than In-N-Out fries. Only problem is it’s airport food so it’s way more expensive than it should be but you know what you are getting when you sign up for that.

My goodness!!! The manager is doing everything because the crew is lost. Had to repeat oir order (which was 2 meals the exact same except the drinks) and she asked us to repeat it , and im not kidding… 5 times. And then she got our drinks then asked what we wanted to drink and had is REPEAT the order again. Sadly after that… they still got the order wrong. Ordered tots for both meals amd got one tot and one fry ♀️ howver it was relatively clean (ish) so ♀️

The cross contamination situation.you can see the service providers making your food in addition to preparing & other necessary duties to keep the flow. I do not eat beef. The person making the food made a hamburger then touched my bun after the person working in the frying area wiped her forehead and pushed up glasses. Unknowingly ithink of the sanitary conditions being witnessed. The spicy chicken sandwich is what i purchased. Keep in mind the frying area is being sweeping which i think allows dirt particles to possibly fly into the food. I had to discard or trash the entire meal

one of the worst experience today happened at OKC will rogers airport. I didn’t know, they are so uneducated that they don’t know how to run KOTs. While placing he order when I asked for just chicken, lady taking the order she got so confused like i asked for something out of box, because I can’t have chicken. Then, I got order token, but people who placed the order after me received their food but I was still waiting for my food. Then, when I asked , i didn’t receive any food , one guy with beard rushed into the kitchen and told me “I got you bro”. But, after that, he also forget my order. I waiting for another thirty minutes and then they started closing store. Then, I was about to leave without my food and he noticed the same, rushed to kitchen and gave me my food. Such a poor service, I never expected from an outlet owned by Rhone group. very bad experience and will never be back at this outlet.

Ordered steak burger, it was so salty that it was inedible. I took it back, the gentleman said the steak was pre-seasoned, I asked him if they salted the beef patty, he said they did but they don’t use much. I disagreed with that, they always over salt their food. He kindly remade but it wasn’t much better. I ordered this item hoping it would be LESS salty than the regular burgers, it was revolting.

I usually dont do reviews but this experience was terrible. There was 5 of us traveling (flying) ofcourse tired & hungry by the time we got here. We went & ordered for 5 ppl ($75) then we walked back to our seating area to eat. Fries were cold, were not fresh. 1 of our 5 orders was wrong. 1 of the other orders went straight in the trash & he walked somewhere else & bought food there & came back. We were simply too tired to even walk back & address & correct it. Definitely not eating here when we fly back. They need to do better, especially at their prices! Wouldn’t recommend.
