First off, Freddy’s makes one of the best burgers you can purchase. From cookouts to fine dining this burger ranks high on my list.
This Freddy’s specifically is a favorite of mine! I’m fortunate that it’s close in proximity to my house because it’s one of the best ran in the franchise!
Their staff is phenomenal, with friendly, helpful, and proficient associates that make you appreciate ordering here. They are kind and make sure your food comes out not only fast, but correct! I’ve yet to have the wrong food cover through that window. Great job guys, keep it up!
Lastly, this place never misses. I’m usually not a big fan of the smash burgers due to inconsistencies in the patties. Too thick or too thin makes the burger taste off and that has yet to happen to me here. This will keep me coming back for another prime rib burger!!

At Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, I tried the Reese’s Royale Sundae, and it was really delicious! It was not overly sweet but the right amount. Also, it had a good amount of their Frozen Custard packed in! I felt that it was definitely worth the price. There was a good portion of the toppings as well!

Employees were nice, the girl taking our order didn’t know the difference in a burger and a patty melt. The ice cream always good even though I don’t think the concrete is concrete enough, more like a thick shake,sundae very good! We got the Turtle flavor. The soda wasn’t to good,to much carbonation not enough flavor. Noise level is pretty loud

We had a small hiccup with our order but Rose, the new AGM was very quick and helpful to fix our order and made sure we were enjoying our food and experience, I could not ask for a sweeter presence in a delicious establishment! I got the shortrib burger and it never lets me down ❤️

Amazing service and amazing staff, we were greeted and taken care of immediately as we went to the register. We were indecisive on what side we wanted to add and the cashier was patient and gave us good advice, as well as laying out all the options we had. This was the 2nd time in a week we had been to this location and had amazing service. The new GM is doing a great job at keeping the place clean and inviting. This is the only Freddy’s location where we have received such exceptional service. Props to every employee at this location, you now have 2 very loyal customers.

Custard was beyond phenomenal. I will most definitely be back for custard alone. Fries were good, but burger was subpar. Nothing special there. Luckily, my meal was carried by the custard.
