Freddy’s thank you for another amazing visit. Even with inflation gouging your prices are still the best when it comes to feeding a family of five. Today I only had my youngest son with me. The Moral in here is Awesome! Loving the energy as always.

I really just wanted to thank the staff at this location. We ordered through Uber Eats and our driver left our shakes even though the bag said to check the freezer. We called the store, they confirmed the shakes were still in the freezer. They told us we are more than welcome to come get them and they even offered to remake them for us. We had a rough night with Uber Eats (leaving our shakes behind wasn’t their only mistake of the night) and the staff at this location really turned it around.

I tried to take my three children to eat at this location yesterday. My son ended up getting completely overwhelmed.(He is 13 with severe Autism and ADHD) Coupled with what i’m only assuming is a hormone surge, he decided to go in the attack aiming his ire at me and his older sister inside a very busy Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers Yukon, OK. He has never been violent in a public place before. Not like this.
It happened right whenever we walked inside the door and were getting in line to try and order.
At this point, we were inside the establishment for a little under two minutes to which I instructed the kids to go outside. People were staring – that’s fine, it happens. I get us outside. He said something and his other older sister responded with a reply he did not like, which then prompted him to go after his other sister again and not let go. Hands entwined in her hair and hitting her head into a metal gate outside of the door to the restaurant. His sister has her hands to try and shove him off of her and I’ve got my hands on him to try and pull his hands out of her hair and he’s trying to bite. That is when what i’m only assuming is the manager stepping outside to talk to us. I’m thinking, ‘oh good, somebody’s come to help.’ But no – he proceeded very rudely to tell us to leave the property, or he is going to call the cops on us. I told him my son has severe autism and we are trying to leave. He then repeats himself louder. And I said, “good call the cops, please do. I need help.” And then he said, “well, i’m not going to do that.” Bravery finally stops and his other sister starts to walk him to the car. The other one is rightfully hysterical and upset, as am I. I get him in the car and lock the door while we all stand outside and I call my husband and to tell him what happened. We finally all calm down, and he calms down and we’re able to drive home.
I tried to leave a negative review on the freddy’s facebook page, because what that manager did was beyond NOT helpful, but it marked it as that I would recommend eating at that establishment, which at this point I would not. SO I just took down my review altogether.

I went through their drive thru and I was blessed by their service. They were so friendly and sweet and I have never had better costumer service in my life. I would get married in that Freddys! Everyone was so kind and I loved it

The service was all right and the time it took us to get our food was pretty good. The only thing that really pulled down the rating was the fact that their burger and fries were over salted. They do take military discount, which is awesome, but I don’t think I would’ve ever known if I didn’t ask. Our cashier kind of seemed out of it when asking us what we wanted. The male associate that took over was much more interactive and sociable.

Employees seem very polite. But paying $12 for a burger that looks like a burnt pancake with 2 long sliced pickles on it, and mid onion rings is kinda crazy.

We have been going to this location since they first opened. My son was even one of their first employees. The custard is always a good treat on hot days. Chocolate Brownie Delight is my personal favorite. We needed more fry sauce, so my daughter stopped for fry sauce, jalapeno fry sauce, fry seasoning, and lunch. The seasoning we use on almost anything at home from our breakfast to dinner. Our orders have been correct, and although we do occasionally get cold fries. The majority of our meals have been fresh and hot. We’ll continue to visit this location.

Capital Y.U.M.! Ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches with pickle, french fries, chocolate brownie delight shake, pbc&b (peanutbuttercups and banana) shake concrete. All food was hot and fresh. Employees were kind and helpful with the menu! Service was fast and everything was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. Clean dining room and restrooms.
