Not every Freddy’s is the same. But this Freddy’s in Hot Springs is a good one. The folks for friendly. The food is good. And lots of good cleaning of tables was going on. The only complaint I have is that the floors are not being well taken care of. Lots of trash, lots of fries, etc. just looks dirty. I even slipped on a packet of seasoning.
Other than that, I appreciate it my experience and food at this Freddy’s.

In town for a dance competition. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience with Freddy’s, no matter the time of day or night. It was about 10:24pm and no one was in the drive through. We sat there for a few minutes looking at an employee walk around. We pulled up to the window and an employee looked at us and went about their business. We pulled back around and got an upbeat apology about the headset being off. The fries were hot but tasted as if they’d been sitting and just dropped back in old grease to heat up. This was disappointing because I’m not a fast food fry person but I’ve always loved Freddy’s fries! When I took my burger out of the bag, the box was ripped, bun has a piece missing, and overall it looked thrown together. The pickle and onion were fine but the hair I found wasn’t. I feel as if my food was toyed with and I don’t take kindly to that because I feel as if my money was wasted. The posted hours listed closure at 11pm, yet 30 minutes prior to that, our service really wasn’t wanted and that’s fine because I’ve no intention of being a customer here again.

This was my first time visiting Freddys. A friend wanted to take me to have the “Freddy’s experience”. We went inside, ordered, a while later my order comes over the intercom “guest 113 your order is ready” and I go to the counter, stood there for 5 minutes and no food ever made it way to the counter. An employee asks me if I’m waiting on an order and I say “they said 113 is ready” and she says “oh, only one burger is ready, we ran out of meat, I can issue you a refund or it’ll be a bit of a wait.” I asked how long it will be and she said “she just went to Walmart to get more meat” I say “I’m not from here, how long would that be” and she says “oh Walmart is only like 5 minutes away”. So we opted to wait, and I had to sit there awkwardly eating my burger Infront of my friend instead of dining together at the same time because no point in wasting a done and ready burger. Order was placed at 8:11 and we finally got the 2nd burger at 8:42. I ordered a dirt n’ worms custard after the fact as a dessert because the imaging looked nice and when get it I guess they only have the orange and yellow gummy worms (literally everybody’s least favorite flavor of the gummy worm variety…and the only one this dessert comes with I guess.) Beyond that the custard was decent at least, and the fries are pretty good, thought it was odd they only have ketchup packets though.
This isn’t mentioning the fact the place did not look clean all that clean…base boards off the wall, filthy floor matt Infront of the counter, trash (receipts, straws, fries on the floor).
…..How on Gods green earth does a place known for its burgers run out of meat?
Im not planning on going to a Freddy’s again. Over hyped and under managed.

If you look at the pictures, you can see part of the issue. We paid up-charge for 2 combos fries and malts. The fries were both less than half full and both shakes short filled. My burger was nearly inedible due to over salting. When I called the location, a voicemail told me they were not taking calls at this time. I sent all this to corporate and we also had ZERO napkins. It was an epic fail and we normally go to the location in Benton with no issues.

Never heard of Freddy’s! Totally my bad, sparkling clean and spacious restaurant. Choices of burgers and yummy hot dog varieties! I had the chili dog and it was surprisingly more than I thought it would be. Amazing chili, shockingly good frank, to cut bun so your stuff stays put. My sweetheart had the single burger, hand partied fresh beef, grilled just right on a wonderful bun with amazing pickles slice length wise. Then there are the fried cheese curds, best ever! I’d say we’ll go back but we already have!
