Everything was DELICIOUS!! There were 6 of us we all had combos and dessert. The buns and bread on my patty melt were so fresh! My wife said her burger was one of the best she’s ever had. Cheese curds with marinara was awesome. Onion rings were great. Frozen custard was super smooth and creamy. Absolutely delicious! I’ve been to a Freddy’s before but this location is top notch! Friendly staff made sure our big order was right, and helped my wife download the app to get a free dessert. The whole place was very clean. If you’re in Pineville forget the standard fast food places go to this Freddy’s location! We will definitely be back.

Service was good but the double cheeseburger on #1 meal was extremely salty. I was barely able to eat 1/2 of it. They were out of alot of shake options, no biggie. But the burger could’ve tasted good and fresh without all the salt. Probably wont go again.

Service was friendly, but the food was very average, nothing special. The burger was barely warm, the fries were cold as I ate some immediately after getting my order. At least have hot food if nothing else is my advice to the owner. The $5 shake was mini sized, lol.

We went to Freddy’s this evening and ordered a chocolate malt and a cookies and cream concrete. After waiting at the window for about five minutes, we finally paid for our food at 7:46pm. About 10 minutes later the same girl who took our payment asked if we had the chicken tenders and we said no.. we just had ice cream. She then closed the window, reached to the side and then handed us our ice cream that had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. Waiting 15+ minutes for ice cream is outrageous and to be handed melted ice cream is a slap in the face. Hopefully the service here improves.

Order from Pineville Location..via Uber Eats, Uber did great, the food was really cold and bad. First off no one followed my instructions that I did not want “Freddy’s Seasoning” on my fries. The burgers were miss labeled and made very sloppy. I added mayo and ketchup on my burger which there was hardly any mayo at all. The other burger had bbq sauce and it was leaking out of the burger everywhere. The fries, what can I say…were cold and hard, greasy. This was nothing like the experience we had at the Alexandria location. The root beer was flat. What was really nasty and gross was the ink on the cups were running off the cup! The ink on the outside of the cups were running down the side of the cups, staining our hands and anything we touched! I am greatly disappointed. The fries had so much seasoning on it making it too hot and spicy for anyone to eat. Not everyone can tolerate spicy food! I order the food right before noon, you would think the food would have been fresh. The establishment says on the sticker “Made Fresh The Freddy’s Way”, there was nothing “FRESH” about my order.

The food was gross. The hot dog was inedible and even looked nasty. My husband’s bun on his burger was smashed thin and the meat looked like it was cooked hours ago. Even the tater tots were not tasty. We ordered concrete ice creams that came out thinner than a milk shake. I had already sent the sweet teas back bc they were sour so I just drove on and hoped for the best. Over 40 bucks for garbage food.

Ordered at the Alexandria location earlier this year and was severely disappointed. This Pineville Freddy’s was leaps and bounds better. We eat at Freddy’s in Tulsa Oklahoma and LOVE it! I would put this prime rib burger up against any of the best burgers out there! The service was great! The restaurant was clean! The custards were fantastic, and the burgers were to die for! We will be back!
