We really liked the retro-diner type feel of Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers. The atmosphere was fun and very colorful. The hamburgers were good and we really liked the frozen custard. The staff were friendly and outgoing. We would definitely eat here again.

Everyone was nice, but the first person just threw the food together. Furthermore, it wasn’t dressed per menu description, so some things were missing on the sandwich.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was good and the customer service was even better. The staff were very attentive and displayed great professionalism. This is a great place to find tasty chili covered goodness. I had the chili cheese hotdog and chili cheese fries. The cheese sauce on the fries was the only thing I wasn’t a fan of. Of course, this is subjective. The chili is mild yet delicious. I absolutely recommend this restaurant.

Very surprised how good this place was. Veggie burger was awesome. Workers were all friendly. Relatively cheap. Didn’t like how small the fries were. But sauces were out and plentiful. Diet Dr Pepper in the fountain. Concrete thing was awesome and FREE since we downloaded the app. Will probably be going here often. Clean bathrooms. Place was probably 65 inside, so bring a jacket.

I don’t complain often but I have to get on here and give this place a review. The food was delicious. The service I received was great but I’m given one star due to the management on duty in the morning time. The guy that yells at his staff and treats them so disrespectful. If for sure made me never want to return here. I have been in restaurants any entire life for employment and the have never witnessed the way the guy was talking down and yelling to his staff members. He should be ashamed of himself. If I will them employees I’d complain and complain daily if someone talked to me like that. I’m hoping the management chances and soon bc if not he will lose a lot of this restaurants good customers.

Food is always fantastic but every damn time my wife and I order food on DoorDash and pay for the bottle of Freddy’s sauce THEY NEVER GIVE IT TO US!!! This has happened on 3 occasions. To spend $10 after tax for a sauce, which let’s be honest, is needed for the fries, is a bit ridiculous. Very disappointed.

I haven’t been to this restaurant in years because my last experience was poor, and I swore I’d never subject myself to it again. However, it seems that I’m a glutton for punishment, and I habitually make poor decisions. So I decided to go to Freddy’s for lunch today, and I will honestly say I will never eat here again. The wait for my order was ridiculous, and the service was poor. My food was stuffed in a bag and soggy. The burger itself looked like it had been dropped on the ground, picked up, chewed, spat out, and put on a bun. I won’t be back to this establishment or to any Freddy’s in the foreseeable future. To people who take their time and read this review, I hope you never subject yourself to this place and their awful food.

Me and my mom ate here for dinner and it was a pretty good experience. There weren’t any customers so we got our food quickly and the staff was nice and on point. I got me a grilled chicken sandwich and cheese curds. The sandwich was really good and the grilled chicken portion was a really good type of meat. A nice sauce would take it to a 9/10 for sure. The cheese curds were super delicious Me and my mom were tearing them up lol! This was my first time eating at a Freddy’s and I left satisfied
