Stumbled across this one by accident last week. We hadn’t been to Freddy’s in forever but I had free custard coupons to use up. Turns out Tuesdays are Family Night and kids eat free with adult combo purchases.
Food came out hot and fresh. Kids got their treats. Saved a pretty penny. Customer service was great! (South 48th location)

My experience here was absolutely delightful. I mean seriously, incredible. The food was good, as was the ice cream. The restaurant was clean.
But the customer service i received was phenomenal. Me and my boyfriend came in at 9 (an hour til close) and wanted to dine in. Before I walked in I was praying that they would be nice to us because i’ve had really poor experiences at other restaurants in the past who will get pissy if you come in close to closing time.
However, we could not have experienced better customer service. There was a ginger employee who was incredibly helpful and friendly. He informed us that the vacuum they were using might be loud, and that the soda machine nozzles were off but if we needed anything he would be more then happy to some behind the counter. He also just had a very friendly demeanor that really made me and my boyfriend’s night. if he’s not already a manager, make him one !

I ordered the double patty melt without realizing I ordered a double. I was quite disappointed when I saw the sandwich because the meat and onions was very scant and I couldn’t imagine it being a single. That being said, the flavor was great. The meat was well seasoned and tender and the onions were cooked perfectly. My fries were old and that was a let down because my favorite at Freddy’s is the fries and the fry sauce. The chocolate and strawberry shake was very tasty and I am glad I splurged and ordered.

Been to this location multiple times and seems to be getting worse. Most likely won’t return now due to quality of the food and the prices getting higher. Last visit on our way to the hospital sat in drive through for almost 20 minutes and then on top of the wait, our order was wrong when we got to our family at the hospital. Missing items and wrong ones. The one good thing was the cheese curds. Sincerely miss old Freddy’s.

Waited in drive thru over 30 minutes.. ok, they were really busy..cool. Get home to eat and my chicken club is missing the cheese and the bacon. Asked for extra fry sauce (twice) and only got 3.. for 3 meals. Just disappointing tonight. Usually great

From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru to the time I left, the entire experience was incredible. Miss Charlotte was so kind, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. She not only assisted me with my order but also suggested some dipping sauces and even recommended a sweet treat she loves, just because I mentioned I had a sweet tooth. There was no attitude, no rushing, no frustration, just kindness and patience as she helped me get exactly what I wanted. She truly made my afternoon, and I’m so grateful.
