We first entered the restaurant and heard a loud mumbling over the speakers. The person announcing what order was ready spoke with her mouth right close to the microphone, spoke fast and it was so loud you couldn’t understand her at all. We asked other customers if they could understand her and they said, “not at all”. It was truly annoying to eat there and try to carry on a conversation. The order taker was very nice & pleasant and it wasn’t too long and our order was ready. The food was hot and delicious. However, it is unlikely we will return as it was very unpleasant with how loud and unable to decipher what was being said.

They use waaaaaay too much salt seasoning on their fries making them inedible as well as too much salt on their burger patties. It’s bad when your burger or fries are too salty that it takes away the flavor. Again, this place has been a hit or miss which makes me think twice about wanting Freddy’s.

I stopped in today to grab some lunch and the young man behind the counter was very professional and cheerful! Lately the places I’ve gone to have had had poor attitudes towards their customers, so it was really refreshing! You could see the staff had positive attitudes & were helping eachother out. My food was hot and fresh. This is why I love this freddys location!

Freddy’s is my happy lunch spot, seriously, the crew here must sprinkle sunshine in the custard, because they’re ALWAYS so friendly and upbeat! Burgers? Delicious. Custard? A mood-lifting masterpiece. Service? Like a hug with fries.

I used to love Freddy’s. I’m a native Kansan (where they started) so it pains me to say that it’s not worth it anymore. Over 17 dollars for two thin cheeseburgers? And that’s without fries and drink. Might as well go to a sit down, real restaurant.

Do you want to have to drive back to the restaurant because they forgot a sandwich? Do you want to be greeted with bad service when you go back to request the food you paid for? Do you want the food that you actually received to be stale? If you answered “yes”, then I have a restaurant for you! It’s this Freddy’s location!
I have had to go back in because of an order screwed up multiple times. This time, they forgot a burger that I didn’t notice until I drove home. I went back and it seemed like I was interrupting the “worker” who finally wandered over.
I only go here because my kids like the food. I might have finally convinced them that we can skip it.

The online order system was glitch in and preventing me from order a large number of meals for my staff at work. I called the location and placed my order. The manager there took my order and in less than 10mins had all of our food made and ready to go. She even help.me carry yhe order out to car!!! Awesome!!! Great customer service!!!
