Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday around 2 PM. When first walking in, the restaurant was very clean.
I ordered the Original Double with lettuce and tomato, a regular fry, and a Chocolate Brownie Delight Concrete with Vanilla Custard. The person taking my order was very nice and attentive. My order came out very fast- less than 5 minutes. My burger was delicious! The patties had good flavor and the crispy edges you want from a smash burger. However, the bottom bun was a bit soggy for my liking, even though my order came out quickly. The fries were just okay. They were maybe a bit stale, could have been warmer, and were under seasoned. Adding the fry seasoning fixed that problem! My concrete was SO GOOD. You could taste the brownie and hot fudge even though it had been blended and it was perfectly creamy! You can order your custard/dessert “on hold” and they will bring it to your table when you are done with your meal so it’s fresh! Would definitely order their burgers and concretes again, but would maybe skip out on the fries.
There was a nice selection of burger condiments (mayo, mustard, relish, ketchup) and dipping sauces available, including multiple varieties of Freddy’s famous fry sauce (original, smoky, and jalapeño). I tried all of the fry sauces and they were all pretty good!
The restrooms were also very clean and well stocked.
Great experience overall and would definitely return!

With high hopes as I love a smash burgers Freddy’s was very disappointing. I ordered the prime rib steak burger combo and a side of cheese curds. The burger was extremely salty and the toppings were a mess. Like the burger the cheese curds were also over salted. The fries were slightly overcooked which made their thin fries overly dry. With a price well north of $20 it was just not worth it. Fortunately the restaurant was clean and the staff were nice.

Stopped by Freddy’s for a quick snack and just got fries this time. Service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well kept. The fries were hot, crispy, and tasty as always. Even though it was a short visit, everything was great, consistent quality and a nice experience overall!

The first thing that happened when we walked in the door we got judgmental glares, very unwelcoming environment staff was not very friendly and slightly rude i believe it was the manager that made a snarky comment.That was uncalled for highly recommend you go somewhere else in addition to that, the food was terrible. Usually love this place but the last two times I’ve come in I got a medium cheese curds and the bowl they come in wasn’t even half full burger was made wrong both times I’m not overly upset about it but would like to see some changes

I’m not going to lie, the delicious patty melts, are what keep me coming back to Freddy’s.
At Freddy’s, the patty melts are made on rye bread … like they are supposed to be! (an authentic patty melt is not made on Texas toast or any other kind of bread or bun).
The patty melts at Freddy’s are also topped with grilled onions, which only adds to the superior taste of the sandwich.
Their skinny fries are delicious but you have to eat them pretty quickly because they do cool off pretty easily, because they are so skinny.
The restaurant has a fun, retro feeling to it and it’s always spotless. I have had their regular hamburgers as well which are very good too. I can’t personally comment on any of the other menu items at this time, because I am too much a creature of habit, so I always order the same thing every time I go.

Was greeted when we walked in the restaurant. When ordering with the family, he was helpful with our eight year old and made it fun and pleasant. With a poll around the table, it was great food and customer service by Andrew! Oh, he also brought our ice cream out and k ew who ordered what!
