I went in to get a burger and fries. I was really looking forward to the seasoned fries. Open the bag and the fries had zero seasoning on them. This is the 2nd time. I quite going because the quality has vanished. Burger was good but the fries were NOT seasoned at all, just plain. Good thing I was home cause I could throw some salt on them. In life it’s the little things and this place has lost it!! Sad

I wanted to share a big thank you to the manager and staff I dealt with the early afternoon of 11/21/25. I had just discharged from the hospital after having surgery and not being able to eat anything since the night before so I ordered Freddys ASAP. Unfortunately, I ordered from the wrong location and used a reward. I was unable to get a hold of the location with my order to cancel it and instead of saying I had to go out 13 miles to get it this store kindly made me a fresh meal at no charge!!! I appreciated it so much as I was hurting and just wanting to eat and go to bed! Thank you thank you THANK YOU

Clean, somewhat quick service, and friendly people. Only giving 4 stars because they never have the jalapeño fry sauce. I’d love to try some but they’re always out. Only the regular sauce.

Food is good because it’s Freddy’s, but every single table was filthy, though there weren’t that many people in there.
The manager needs some coaching to learn to do less doing and more overseeing and delegating.
Not sure how Freddy’s does with coaching their managers though.

The service was consumately professional, engaging, prompt & courteous. The food was very good, & staff was glad to bring my malted shake out before dinner was done cooking. HOWEVER, not one table was clean, & entire floor was greasy enough to cause everyone to slip & slide even @ slowed pace. I suspect they were either short staffed that day OR management needs to hire an attendant to do nothing other than constantly clean table tops, same with greasy dangerous floors. I will be a return customer & absolutely refer friends, family & acquaintances to enjoy Freddy’s *provided the next time we return, the tables are clean & floors are safe… otherwise ~ not. While good news doesn’t get heard across the street, bad news immediately gets heard around the world. Remember, staff & food : AWESOME
