Ordered large chili cheese fries and it’s the size of a small. Didnt fill the container. I always had issues with this location and took over a year off and decided to try it again. Definitely wont come back. There’s always an issue with our order.

Waited over 25 minutes for a single order of cheese curds. After awhile they were finally made but sat in the back and the box was soaked through with grease and the curds were soggy and not much more than room temperature by the time we got them. Another customer had their burger and fries sitting in the kitchen done for like 10 minutes and then no one bothered to call the number for awhile after they put it out. They were moderately busy but didn’t seem that bad. The worker taking our order was very friendly and professional though.

One of the only places that actually cares about customer service and food quality. Been here multiple times and food is fresh and good. I may not care for the burgers but their chicken sandwiches and fries are great. Plus they are the only place I know that serves custard ice cream, it’s a favorite of mine from growing up in the north east.

This is normally one of my favorite places to eat, but tonight is kindof a last straw. I know mods on burgers can be annoying when you’re busy, but I have autism and the texture of cheese on my burger makes me sick… I’m tired of getting home to a cheeseburger and a recipt that confirms I didn’t order cheese (the picture is after i scraped off the cheese to my best ability). Communication needs to be prioritized more.

We stopped here about 8 pm while traveling on I-70. This was a standard Freddy’s but it seemed less disciplined than others that I have been in. Tables weren’t as clean, etc. My main disappointment is that they had no sauerkraut for the hot dog! First time that has happened at Freddy’s.

Delicious smash burgers that really deliver those crispy edges and juicy patty. Fries are delightfully thin but not too crispy. Big flavors. This chain should really consider going nationwide. They could put In n Out out of business.

Not impressed. After you get your first couple of bites the rest of your cheese is gone. The inconsistencies of the cheese amount has been a problem lately .And they also forgot my granddaughters chicken fingers.

After eating my food I was just sitting there enjoying my drink. And an employee rudley approached me and told me I had to leave the restaurant without any explanation. I found that totally rude and disrespectful. My suggestion is DI NOT GO TO FREDDY’S.
