this is the WORST Freddy’s location i have ever been to. Every single time, without fail, and i mean EVERY single time, my order is always wrong. The order is always simple. A bacon cheeseburger made plain, and some sort of one topping concrete. I don’t understand how they seem to mess it up every single time. And it isn’t just my order either, if i pick some up for my family, their orders are wrong as well. For instance, today, i ordered a chocolate concrete with reese’s cups, and my step mother ordered a different one topping concrete. Both concretes were runny and had nothing but pecans in them, even though neither of us ordered pecans. Our order was correct on the receipt, so this is a kitchen problem. I would NEVER recommend this location to ANYONE. The employees are extremely rude and do not know how to do a very simple job correctly.

The burger patties were smashed like I have never seen before. They were twice the size of the bun and burnt. They were so thin even the cheese was showing through to the other side. Very dry! I couldn’t even finish the burger.

Hate to do this, but I just left there and was shocked. Ordered a burger basket and found a hair in the burger (we are human, I get it)… I brought my tray to the front and said “hey, I found a brownish red hair in my burger, I’m just letting you guys know so whoever that might be can cover their hair. And I don’t want anything from this, just letting you know.” And a young brunette, rudely said “um, we don’t have anyone here with that hair color.” I said “well the hair is here on the tray if you want to see it, again I don’t want anything just letting you know.” And she smirked and said “ummm okay” … no apologies or anything… and as I left, I saw another young lady head up to the cashier area, and had the same brown hair with a reddish tint….

Beware when you want to order a plain grilled cheese!!! We ordered a “grilled cheese” & were charged for a grilled cheese combo with bacon, hamburger & cheese for Twelve Dollars!! Only to discover the error when our vegetarian opened it & said, it’s happened before. I called Freddy’s on College Blvd & was told to come back for a “free” grilled cheese. No refund offered & was told to either eat the wrong sandwich or toss it as they don’t care.

Why do I pay $14 for undercooked fries and a burger covered in mustard? I visited Freddy’s through the drive through at the end of my day to have a nice meal for dinner. What I didn’t know is I would arrive home with cold, undercooked, soggy, unseasoned, under filled fries. The picture shows the exact amount of fries I was given, I have never experienced this before, especially not at Freddy’s. I was incredibly disappointed to pay $14 for my food to only receive less than half the amount of fries that comes in an order. I should know, I worked at a different Freddy’s location about 2 years ago. I ordered a double cheeseburger with cheese, ketchup, and mustard. There was no ketchup on my burger, but there was enough mustard to the point it was dripping off the burger. It was honestly inedible due to the overwhelming amount of mustard. The only good thing about my order was the peppermint Oreo shake, it’s lovely to have just a desert as a meal when I expected to have a whole dinner with actual food. Thanks Freddy’s. RIP OFF.

I came here for my first time while visiting a relative next door in the hospital. They had our order (for three people) completely wrong. Even after taking the food back, it was STILL wrong. After a 3rd attempt, it was finally made okay-ish but it definitely ruined the entire experience. It didn’t help that the staff was being accusatory as if the mistakes were our fault. The cashier who took the order was great and entered everything correctly. The kitchen staff couldn’t seem to get the order correct even after pointing out that the receipt was correct.

I ate here a lot when I worked in the area. I was in the area again recently, so we had lunch here again. The food was good, as always. The burgers are a bit thin, even for a smashburger, but the seasoning is good and the price is right. It’s no Steak N Shake, but it’s a good runner up.
