The Jalapeño Bacon Smashed Burger was fresh & delicious.
The Spicy Crispy Chicken Club was average. And a little salty.
Onions Rings were good, fresh, but bag was only half to 3/4 full.

Came here for my birthday and left fuller than I had expected. The lady who took my order was genuinely fun to talk with and helpful as well! Food was done quicker than I had expected and a lot bigger than I had anticipated. I got the chili cheese hotdog with fries, large and it was a bit much but that’s on me for ordering large. Definitely gonna order a small next time I come through. Loved this place and will be back!

I feel that I am more than fair in my reviews and normally don’t write one unless it is glowing. However, this time it is absolutely not!
Before I proceed, I must include that I worked fast food for 4 years between high school and college. I enjoyed it and sometimes wish I had stayed to work towards management. There was pride in what we served and how we served it.
Tonight, I went through the drive thru on N. Glenstone at 12 minutes before close. Again, I have a history with late customers and fast food work. We were taught that until the door was locked we were there to make the customer happy.
I ordered a burger and large fry. There have been several times over the last twelve months that I’ve gone through this close to closing time and until tonight, I asked through the ordering process if the fries would be plenty hot and each time they said they were cooked to order that close to the end of business.
The fries weren’t even close to warm… much less hot. They were dead cold. Now, I know that there are some that would write this off to being 12 minutes to closing time but, I cannot accept that premise. You either serve fresh hot food or you don’t!
The burger was very good like normal but for $3.69… I expect hot fries. Order number: 355
Yes, it was only an order of fries and yes, it was close to closing time. I would have rather them told me that they had already shut the fryer down or that they just didn’t even cook them that late. This is about the principal and lack of pride in their work. It’s simply lazy.
I love Freddy’s food but, this will definitely slow me from making that as a choice in the future. 2 or 3 minutes in a hot fryer would have absolutely been all it would have taken.
Disappointed…. I know this is not how they were trained….

This was my first time eating at a Freddy’s! I had been passing them in my travels, but only gave it a try after a co-worker was bragging about the establishment. She wasn’t wrong. I will repeat it again!

Somber Ethics
At a place that has $13 burgers I’m very annoyed. I can understand it’s considered fast food, but my burger isn’t even assembled… Am I suppose to eat this with a fork? The bun is just grease. I will never return.
Edit: I had to come back after tasting the burger to change my 2 star review to 1. It has no season, sauces, or redeeming qualities. My life is objectively worse after this experience. I wish I had a time machine and went to the chickfila right next to it.

Came in with a group of friends. Mary was a very cheerful and sweet cashier, especially considering it was 10 at night and it was the last hour before closing. They seemed to be understaffed and it took a little while to make our food (especially the custards, and they were out of cherries and cheesecake so a few of us had to reorder). Taste wise, I didn’t mind the burger- seemed standard for fast food— but I found a hair in my concrete, which kinda ruined it for me. Hoping the staff starts wearing hairnets so it doesn’t happen again.
