This was my first time here, so Idk if it’s normal to be in the drive thru line for 30 minutes when there are only 4 cars ahead of you, or not. I asked when I got to the window, and the employee told me there were only 3 people working and a lot of customers came at once. Yep, it’s 6pm. Pretty sure that’s called a dinner rush.
I live very close to the restaurant and my burger was cold when I got home. It was really good when I reheated it, tho. Fries came out hot and delicious and the fry seasoning and fry sauce were both yummy.
I missed an entire quarter of football because it took so long, so I don’t think I’ll be going back. It’s a shame, because the food was really good.

Just FYI, this is how many cheese curds $5.39 buys you (there are 7 total which is nearly $1 per curd). That’s regular/medium size. They often forget sauces, etc, which is par for the course when getting takeout I guess. I’ve also received a few less tater tots than expected. But the extreme lack of cheese curds is the last straw.
Service has always been very kind, although the drive-thru can be slow.

We were visiting for the first time and weren’t sure what to order since we’re vegetarian. Our server Cassie was absolutely wonderful—so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to walk us through the menu and suggested several delicious vegetarian options. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made us feel truly welcome. It’s rare to receive such genuine and thoughtful service, and it made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

The young lady in the window was the sweetest , I went there around 5pm she took my order efficiently with a smile in her voice and she was very acknowlegable when she gave me my food , she deserves a raise ! Amazing customer service and the food was as fresh and hot, hit the spot !!

The food was amazing. They got it out almost instantly after I ordered. I had placed a custard on hold until I was done with my food and I went up to ask for it and a young man with blonde hair and a hoodie said he would go make it with such a nice smile. And almost got it out to me in less than 3 minutes. The custard had the perfect ratio of Oreos to custard. I will be going again. The hospitality of this freddys is more than any other fast food restaurant I’ve been to and the food is amazing. That’s why I’m giving 5 stars.

It is good for a fast food place. I deducted one star because the drive thru microphone/speaker at this location is comically bad, lots of feedback and difficult to understand. It reminds me of the old snl sketch about transit workers.

Great atmosphere, Employee’s are great and the food is amazing. I would recommend ordering the Jalapeno Pepper Jack Burger . Its always a 10/10 . Also Huge shout out to Chae, Rylin and Marshealle for their amazing hospitality and customer service.

I accidently ordered my food to a different location 100+ miles away. The staff on duty tonight 02/28 7:30 pm went above and beyond on helping fix this mistake. They were so kind and made my food for me, when they could of very well said figure it out with corporate. These workers deserve more credit than they get working in the fast food industry! Thank you all for being so kind tonight!

Freddy’s never disappoints, but this location somehow had better fries than usual. I was sad that I didn’t get to try the tots (they won’t be back until February), but everything I ordered was delicious. Snuck a bite of my husband’s California burger and it was great too. Even the past with just beef patties is very flavorful. I love the crispy edges of the old fashioned burger.
