Freddy’s in Jeff City was the perfect stop while traveling back from a wrestling tournament. After a long day on the road, it was so nice to grab a hot, familiar meal that everyone was excited about.
The burgers and fries were exactly what we needed—fast, fresh, and comforting—and the frozen custard was a great treat to wrap up the stop. Service was efficient, and everything moved quickly, which is always appreciated when you’re traveling with tired kids and tight timelines.

We couldn’t have had a better experience. We were greeted with excitement and the gentlemen that took our order was very helpful in helping us decide on our meals. We had just left a wrestling tournament and he asked us about the tournament and treated our grandkids incredibly after finding out that they placed 1st and 2nd in the competition. Great place and even better staff!

The food here is pretty damn good to be honest – I like the chicken here far better than steak n shake, and I would put this place on the top shelf of fast food.
Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the cost reflects this fact, being more expensive for my meal than any other fast food place aside from Culvers – despite this though, I love the old American diner vibe, and I loved the ice cream!

We like the Freddie’s chain, but won’t be back to this location until they hire a competent crew. After a few questionable meals, my wife and l took this place off our list. It had been a few months, thought we’d try them again today after work
. Sadly, it’s pretty dirty in here, the guy at the register smelled like weed, messed up my order so that my wife got her meal, but l only received a drink and fries. I hope the owners take some time to find qualified workers, I’m not into mystery meals in dirty surrounds while l listen to the comedy of people trying to do a basic job.

You’re at work to do you’re job it’s not that hard, the attitude in the drive thru is crazy, I asked for a large meal for both and got mediums when I said large 4 times I’m just baffled honestly lol

Ordered a Sunday as well as a concrete. Concrete was wrong and the snday had almost no hot fudge and what was there was on the very bottom of the container. The attitude from most of the staff was unacceptable at best. The only person that i would like to give praise to is the young man that remade the concrete. I 100% blame management for these issues.

My family and I wanted to try something new and it was definitely a hit. BIG thank you to Martha for the recommendations. Suuuuuper tasty! I got the pretzel burger (Martha recommended) with large cheese curds and a keylime pie (also Martha recommended lol) creamy treat. We will definitely be back! We came all the way from Barnett for a specific shopping trip and landed here for lunch. I could see us coming out here just for Freddy’s.

First time going. Ordered the chocolate shake and it was pretty delicious. Freddie’s is a little pricey in my opinion. The restaurant appeared clean and there wasn’t much if a wait.

Worst drive thru experience I’ve had. Waited in line for about 20 minutes, the cashier took payment and gave us our drinks. We then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes. Meanwhile the employees were laughing, joking, and dancing at the window instead of working. Once we got out food, the cashier shoved the food at my wife in a half hazard way and said “here”. Did not ask if we needed sauces or anything, showing her poor customer service. The food was cold including the fries and burger.
Management here needs to reign in their employees and the employees need to actually do what they are paid to do.
