Friendly hard working staff, really tasty food, cool retro inspired atmosphere — its not surprise this place got busy at lunch. Even with a big crowd we found parking, had our order taken, and received our meals quickly.

Have eaten at many Freddy’s. This experience was terrible. The food was cold and the Hamburgers were pink . I don’t want to get e.coli or anything else from undercooked meat. I always loved their burgers were well done with a slight crispy edge. Not this time…I see in their comments this is a “prototype” store- I would ditch this prototype! Maybe I’ll just keep going to Culvers…

The place was clean and the people were friendly. The food was hot and delicious. My husband gave me a bite of his prime rib steak burger, and it was so good. My cheeseburger was good too but next time I’ll order that. It was the best!

The workers are over the top helpful. The manager on this past Sunday night was tremendous. The servers were engaging and kind. We came in during the Super bowl with about 13 people. They happily served us and were simply EXCELLENT!

I deliver a lot from this place when I dash. This place has only been open for about six months now but gets a plethora of customers.
Up until recently, I’d always been serviced with attention, concern and friendlyness. That is, until about four or five days ago.
I came in to pick up an order and couldn’t get this huddle of employees hanging out by the drive-uo service window to help me. Even when I could see my order sitting there in the pick up spot, ready to go. I tried waving them down but was continued to be ignored. They were all laughing about something that I guess was more important than servicing their customers. It was quite frustrating, I must admit!
Now, in all fairness, I have to say, that 95 percent of the time, the staff is very attentive. This one experience really caught me off-guard, though. Other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys their type of food.
It’s for that reason I’m only giving this place fours stars.
