I stopped by Freddy’s in Creve Coeur with my 4-year-old daughter just to get the smallest frozen custard. Placing the order was quick, but the service after that was extremely disappointing. My order number was 281, yet they kept calling 282, 283, 284, and so on. After waiting about 25 minutes for one custard, I finally asked what was going on. They then realized my receipt was literally on the floor and my order was never sent to the kitchen.
Once they noticed the mistake, they rushed to make it, and the quality clearly suffered. On top of that, they forgot the cherry, which was part of the order. When I mentioned it, the response was, “I can give you a cherry if you want,” which made no sense — it should have been included in the first place.
My daughter was upset because she wanted the cherry and didn’t enjoy it at all. I ended up throwing it away. Paying $6.09 for a tiny custard, with poor service, long wait, and no attention to detail, was frustrating. Between the price, service, and overall experience, I won’t be coming back.

Kayla was a friendly check out girl. The frozen custard is to die for .
It was very loud on multiple occasions with a elderly male service member trying to clean the trash bin.
Additionally, Kayla came to the spot right after him and completed the same task.
Pay attention to your surroundings when there is customers eating in the booth connected to the trash bin.

this Freddie’s is hit or miss. Last time I went, I ordered a regular cookie dough concrete. got all the way home and realized it didnt have a morsel of cookie dough in it-it was just a cup of vanilla ice cream. I had to begrudgingly get back outta bed, walk down my 28 steps of my building with a bad leg, drive back up there and get a replacement. and why didnt I notice before I left that it was wrong? because they put two huge stickers over the top that blocked any looking in at it, so I didnt realize until I took my first bite at home. the food is okay, but very overpriced. they now have a over 55 menu with cheaper prices that im gonna order carry out on cause its already expensive enough for what you get even though the quality is alright. so check your order before you leave! im still trying to understand how they buggered up a 1 topping ice cream so bad, but thats the world we live in these days

This is hands down one of the best fast food burgers you will ever get. I ordered the original double and curds and two kids meals. The food was hot, tasty, and delicious. We also ordered custard for dessert which is phenomenal. Because the food was so phenomenal, I won’t knock a star but I found the service to be pretty rude on this particular evening. Also, the place was TRASHED and no one was doing anything about it. I recognize that it was 830pm, but several people were standing around on their phones so it wasn’t an issue of being busy-which I can let slide on certain occasions. Regardless, the food is too good and I will be back.

I love me some Freddy’s. Their smashed burgers and shoestring style French fries are amazing!! Top it off with a frozen custard sundae, shake or concrete in a number of varieties and it’s an awesome finish to your meal. Highly recommend Freddy’s food and service!!

Extremely clean restaurant. Watched them do an excellent job of cleaning after each customer. The chili dog was good but a little too much sauce made the bun soggy. The steak Burger combo was big with lots of shoestring potatoes. The ice cream had lots and lots of nuts! Staff was friendly!

Absolute terrible to go pickup. Ordered our food and picked it up. Got it home and found that our large fry and large cheese curd were missing almost half of what they should have been. And they put our burgers at the bottom of the bag and stacked everything else ontop of it which smashed our burgers.
