Stopped here last minute about 30 minutes before they close to grab food. First time customer and just WOW.
Excellent customer service, in drive-thru- cashier recpmmended a perfect option for what i wanted, and ordered the smash burger tacos as well. And asked for a side of pickles and now i want a whole bucket bc those are chefs kiss!
Smash burger was so good, hot and fresh too.Maybe i was just hungry, but I’m also really picky and that was everything i hoped for and more.
Great service, great food, great place. Really decent amount of food for 2 people for less than $22!

Their food is not bad I personally like their burgers and shakes. But I do wish they had different seasoning for the fries [I don’t know if they do or not] but also a way to get them not seasoned. But I tried their tater tots they weren’t bad but they looked half burnt. Still its a pretty good clean restaurant with plenty of tables but no way to move the tables if someone is a bit heavier like myself you cannot move them they’re mounted into the table this would be a problem for anyone like myself or advisable person to sit comfortably. Overall I still come here it’s a good restaurant despite the few flaws. I’ve also never had a problem with the staff they’re always friendly and nice and they don’t take too incredibly long if it’s not busy.

I stopped by the drive-thru for a quick dinner to take home. I ordered two double cheeseburger meals for my husband and me. After a 12 minute drive home, the well-seasoned burger was still warm, and although the fries were not hot by the time I arrived home, they were perfectly crispy and well-salted! Deliciously satisfying meal on a cold December night!

The sweet relish combined with the buttery, crispy bread—absolute perfection! I had to get that out first. This is one of those “If this were my last bite of food, I’d die happy” moments. I know, I know—I’m laughing as I type this, feeling a little silly admitting that a chain restaurant delivered a flavor combination that made me close my eyes and savor!
The truth is, I really just drove through for a Diet Pepsi. (I’m addicted to my morning fountain drink.) But I didn’t feel like running into the gas station, so I pulled into the closest drive-thru. Then I figured, If I’m getting a fountain drink, I might as well grab something to eat. The hot dog was the lowest-calorie option, so I ordered it.
When the total came to just under $9.00 for a large fountain drink(pepsi zero…no diet pepsi option) and a hot dog, I had a moment of regret. Why didn’t I just hop out and grab an 89-cent soda? (Side note: When did the cent symbol disappear??) But now I get it—the universe knew I needed that bite.
The hot dog itself was fine—just your standard all-beef frank. But married with that buttery bread and sweet relish? Fabulous.

Came in with my husband and he said his fries were salty but mine were great. He wanted new fries but didn’t want to wait so one of the managers, not sure what his name is but was super nice and got him a regular shake instead of the fries. Thank you so much to the staff. 11/26/25

Ordered a double cheese burger combo. Had it customized online and when I brought it home to eat, it wasn’t made correctly. Substituted grilled onions and they were burnt. The fries were ice cold and soggy. Called the store and they are sending me a “comp card” in the mail.

I love Freddy’s and every location I’ve been in from here to Wisconsin has been top notch. However I knew the curse of Fenton fast food would ring true. This is by far the worst Freddy establishment. Poorly constructed and cooked burger, room temp fries, poor service. The inside dining was clean, but that’s not saying much as it was empty inside. Nothing screams this place is poorly managed than a young person coming in for orientation in pajamas. Don’t even reply to this corporate, just fix this place.

Came around lunch time- ordered a single bacon cheeseburger and cheese fry, no drink and still somehow the total was over $13. Not what I came to review though- my burger was cold and actually pink in the middle, unsure how this can happen with a burger patty that is so thin. They must’ve had my burger on the grill all of 45 seconds. Then instead of putting the burgers in a box like they used to they put it in a weird sandwhich bag that just makes everything soggy. The fries came in a box, unsure why they can’t use the same box for the burger. Very disappointing to have an inedible burger that cost almost $8 by itself. Will no longer be back- this is the second time I have been to this location and received horrible quality food

Don’t know if it was a bad day, but my fries tasted like they sat overnight and dried out. My wife’s chili was loop warm, almost cold. Paid $43.00 and was not happy. Last two times was not to thrilled with food.
