Waited in long line to get order messed up! Gave me ketchup instead of mustard on burger. Asked for no onions on chili, got onion. Bowl of chili half filled as in picture. Hotdog was hard. And to top it off got Diet Pepsi instead of regular. How can a place cause this many errors in a trip??? I can understand 1 or 2 but jeezus! Doubt the ratings for this place is legit. Seriously? Got home from Freddys to eat my “California Burger”. I sit down to eat open up the burger box to find an open faced burger with no bun. The management of service based businesses are terrible. Why is it that we never had these constant quality issues when paying service employees $5.15 an hour? Pay them $15.00 an hour and good luck getting an order that’s even edible! Great job Dems!

All of the burgers are sooooo salty. Why? It’s inedible, tries to request for no salt or seasoning with the burger but to no avail, the team said they do not add any seasoning or salt during the cooking process, which means their food is already salty from the food process prior to shipping to stores. Highly disappointing.

Freddy’s is our Favorite Steakburger Restaurant. We live closer to the Creve Coeur location but the Ballwin location has been absolutely amazing. Today we had an order mix up, they cooked our correct sandwich super quick and brought it out to us. This is our 5th time at this location and we have had nothing but positive experiences, great food and amazing staff. Keep doing what you’re doing everyone!

Drove through Ellisville Freddies last night. Service so slow. 28 mins to get food. Staff were eating at tables for supper break while five cars stood still. Also, $12.39 for a grilled cheese double burger way too much. Will go to Sonic in future. Their double bacon cheese burger is $7.39.

7 plus employees, two on there phones, the one with long hair was eating while preparing food. All trash cans full, floor sticky, and tables not cleaned, I had too. Will never return.
