This place is very similar to Steak ’n Shake. I ordered a steak sandwich with fries and a drink. The wait time was minimal, the staff was friendly and outgoing, and the food was good. I wouldn’t hesitate to eat here again.

This is the newest Freddy’s in the area so it is busy. The line for the drive thru is insane but the wait inside wasn’t bad even with most of the tables filled. So you can probably get your food faster if you go in. I do think the dining room is too small for how many tables they crammed in there. People barely have room to scoot by the tables. It’s also pretty loud in the room when most of the tables are filled. The parking lot entrance/exit is a bottle neck, so be prepared for a traffic jam or park in the next lot over. The food was ok. Hot and fresh but not a ton of flavor and the patty wasn’t very crispy on the outside. You can add flavor if your dump enough fry sauce on it. The staff is friendly and they are trying to get the food out as fast as they can. Give this location a try if you like this chain.

This place still has that new restaurant smell. Service was pretty good and my food came out hot. It took a few minutes to get my food but that’s to be expected when they cook to order. It is an interesting design choice to have to fight across the line of people waiting to order to get to the drinks station.

Im not a one strike person. I believe as humans we all make mistakes. This is my hometown area. I went to high-school down the street . So, when I come in town I usually spend money to businesses in that area. I have been to this location 5 times. Each time, I am served by a teenager who has not been taught how to properly work in the hospitality business. Kids have no get up and go. Orders are always wrong or missing items a mess. I will keep rooting for this area hopefully they will get better management to actually train our youth.

Every single time I have gone the employees are rude and seem as though they couldn’t care less. The wait time to get food is super long every time and food is never fresh. If you ask for no salt on the fries they will have you wait but then they give you fries with salt that are not fresh. You need a new crew of good workers and people who care about food quality and customer service.

The jalapeño burger is terrific. Service was quick. Staff was friendly. It seems to stay pretty busy. When we left at 8p the drive thru line was around the parking lot.
I think they need to hire a few more people. Dr Pepper was tapped out and only giving carbonated water so people were dumping their ice all over the tray. Ketchup fill containers were out. No napkins. Maybe it was all just bad timing but those things were worth mentioning. It wasn’t like the staff was being lazy, they were busy. Hopefully they can get more people working at a time and someone responsible for these refills.

2nd time having the jalapeno pepper jack steak burger at Freddie’s. It is a “must try” for jalapeno lovers. The peppers are spicy and have great flavor. The pepper jack cheese was melty and a great combo with the jalapenos. Maybe it was my error but I really thought the burger was larger at the Wentzville Freddie’s. This one seemed small.
There at lunch time around noon and they were busy. All employees were friendly with smiles. Food was delivered quickly for how crowded they were.

I went last night for fries and a shake. Nothing fancy. I was in the drive thru for over 15 minutes and recieved no food. The manager and workers looked clueless. Didn’t have any order records because they continued to ask what I had ordered. I watched a girl sneeze into her shirt, wipe her nose with her gloved hand and continued making ice cream. Didn’t even change her gloves. I ended up asking for a refund and drove off. I just checked and they did not refund the whole order – I’m absolutely furious. To have sat and waited have paid for the experience and received none of my order. Not even an apology from the person who handled the refund. Honestly won’t want to go back to this location after seeing how chaotic and unprofessional the workers are. The operator of this store should probably take another look at who they are hiring and offer more training.
