This is my son’s favorite place to eat. We go here fairly often. The food is always mediocre but typically the service is good and if there is an issue the staff is polite and helpful. However there was an issue with our order and when I addressed it with the staff they told me I was wrong and they had made the order correctly. It was just 2 malts and a concrete. There was literally the same thing in all three cups. I am not going to fight with children (the workers) so I just threw the “concrete” away and left.

Very dirty dining area, tables not cleaned well. The bathroom was a lawsuit waiting to happen. The floor was covered in grease and water, I was sliding all over. Service was kinda slow, long line, and only one register was open. The food was good, very similar to steak n’ sheak.

Drive through at Edwardsville Il location while passing through the area. The jalapeño burger has an actual bolt in the sandwich. A bolt. I called the restaurant to notify them. I was already down to the Alton exit on I55 so going back was not an option. Stay away from this place!! Ugh…We saved the bolt. I will have my daughter post the photos.

I get simple stuff but I am pleased! I love a smash burger with pepperjack and it was so yummy! The small/skinny fries aren’t really my style but the taste is great. My chocolate shake seemed to be on the darker chocolate side which to me, was THE BEST but I could see how its not sweet enough for others. We will be back!

The girl at the register was awesome, the manager checked on our satisfaction.
They have a nutrition guide, but it doesn’t have information on the nutritional values of the buns (for those of us who are following the keto lifestyle.)

1st the food is delicious I love Freddys, But yesterday I had a small problem. I’m the type of person that doesn’t Like to complain and I hate confrontation but Megan was so nice and helpful. She fixed the problem immediately and with a smile. With food and employees like Megan, it’s always a good experience at Freddys!

I ordered food on the app and went in to pick up. They said they were still making my order, then after a few minutes gave me the food. I let them know I had a concrete as well and the worker told me to look in the grab and go ice cream fridge that’s next to the counter. I looked and let them know it wasn’t there. First of all, a customer shouldn’t be looking for their food in a fridge. And second of all, keeping food in a public fridge is a health concern. I finally got all of my food and when I bite into the burger it is cold. Not even like warm. If it was being “made” while I waited, then it wouldn’t be cold. Not a good experience overall

I ordered food against my own rules. I had frozen curds from here before and upon returning them the workers were unapologetic and very rude.
I ordered my food the girl was in a hurry when she handed my order and closed the window before I asked for condiments. Her words were polite but her actions weren’t. No biggie. I’m driving and noticed the fries are horrible. Old, burnt food that wasn’t fries was with burnt fries. Not eating that. Unacceptable but I’ll eat the burger. Let me look at it first. RAW, FROZEN MEAT. The burgers are not thick to begin with so it doesn’t take long to cook. I had to return it. I live 20 minutes away so I was not driving back the following day. It was 10:55 the store was closed. Lily came to the window then walked away without asking what I wanted. Other workers walked past the window for almost 5 minutes before someone finally came to the window. A guy appears and apologize for their unprofessional behavior but they all found something to be funny. He offered to remake my meal but why would I trust any of them to do the right with my food. You closing the store early means you are done working for the evening. My meal cost $11.07 he offered me $10.85. I informed him to look at the receipt and give me the proper amount. Of course he couldn’t count and got it wrong again.
It’s okay to have a good time at work but WORK COMES BEFORE PLAY. Customer should not see horse play and then served a shitty meal. The receipts shows the time of the original order and the time of the refund.
