Its 35 min drive from me in chicago but it’s worth the drive ,the custard sundaes taste like Andy’s. The steak burger is my favorite wish there was a closer one.plus the employees seem happy to work here.

I was really excited for this place to open up so I could try out their burgers.
Unfortunately, this place was a huge disappointment.
The burgers smelled like old rancid grease and tasted terrible.
We both took one bite and spit it back out, saved the rest of burgers and returned them for a full refund.
I don’t understand how a brand new restaurant can have such low quality control.
Why can’t they properly clean the equipment???
Even their milkshake was sloppy made, it was super sticky on the outside and their lids are open on top, so be careful if you go through the drive-thru, because once it melts you can easily spill it in your vehicle.

Update: 10/26/23. We came for dinner. Wow the place has really improved since the last time I was here. Service was a little slow at first because the cashier was helping with the drive-thru. I think the cashier’s name was Lova but she was very sweet. Manager on duty was very nice. Place was clean. We ordered the triple steakburger combo and the grilled cheese steakburger combo. Both of the steakburgers were fully cooked and hot. Meat was moist and juicy. Not salty. Fries were seasoned, although it had a bit too much salt at the bottom of the pile. Fries were also hot. That fry sauce taste really good with the fries, you can take as much as you like. I have updated my review to a 4/5.
I saw the ridiculous number of 1-2 star reviews but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since they’re still relatively new. The place was clean. Service needs to be worked on, for 2 concrete shakes it shouldn’t take that long to make. Culver’s was able to make them pretty fast. This was also around 9 pm so they were slow. Food, we ordered 1 dirt and worms and 1 peanut butter. Peanut butter was a little too sweet. Dirt and worms was a disappointment. The Oreo part was fine, but the gummy worms were hard and really chewy. They should have just bought a bag of fresh gummy worms from Mariano’s and put it in my shake. Overall, I would not recommend. You’re better off going to Raising Cane’s next door.

See, people just need to be more patient for them to cook their food. Because they’re low stuff which is fine with me. I will be more patient for them. Coming from a blue-collar worker. Unfortunate was excited when this place opened. Food isn’t very good but the staff is terrible. Waited over 28 minutes for 3 burgers and a hot dog. They got the order Wrong and this was terrible. This is a photo of the cheese curds. Not even half way filled either. I just through them away.

Excellent smash burgers with a nice crispy crust. Great flavor, served nice and hot. Crispy fries with a nice seasoning too. Employees and the manager on duty were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Experience was amazing! The manager; lucky, was so sweet, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect with my order (&it was a big one)! Truly provided the definition of hospitality and five star service. Food is always amazing, but in the past I’ve had issues with orders being incorrect and missing items- new management seems to really be making a difference!! Would give 10 stars if I could and will definitely be back!!!

I love Freddy’s, I’ve been to several locations, I was exited to see this location was near me. I’ve been here twice, the first visit was a Saturday afternoon, the cashier was very friendly, the service was prompt, the food was good; 5 stars.
My second visit was a Friday evening, there was one other car in the drive thru ahead of me, it took the other car 15 minutes to receive their order, and it took me another 7 minutes. There was nobody behind me in the drive thru the entire time, and only one other customer in the restaurant. When I pulled up to the window the employees inside were playing catch with a ketchup packet that they dropped on the ground (including the person wearing gloves who was assembling the food), and the person who looked like the manager was leaning against a table chatting. The evening manager clearly does not care, I will not be returning.

I usually get good service at this location however i walked in tonight after getting no response in the empty drive thru, as I walk in there’s only 2 people in line that came together and 2 people in the back playing instead of taking drive-through orders , one look like a female manager and the other one was a male employee. Nobody acknowledged me walking in. all they did was just play and laugh after they glanced at me. I won’t be back anytime soon.
