The staff were nice, funny, and friendly. Service was quick. Good food. The fry sauce is great. The fries are super thin yet still perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Got a good deal using the rewards app too.

I think Freddy’s is one of the best fast food burger places in all of rapid city! I go here quite often and I am always pleased with the quality of the food, the kindness of the workers and the taste of everything overall! My only criticism of Freddy’s is the drive through, its not terrible to get into but getting out is a mess! I always find myself complaining about it on the drive home, I wish I could give this place a 4.7 but sadly google reviews doesn’t allow that. I have had no bad experiences with the food or workers of this place, I think it is all amazing! The food is excellent and cheap and the workers are always very nice and friendly I love going here and just getting a quick dinner. It can sometimes be a bit crowded inside but they always have open seats! Good job Freddy’s, I love coming here! Thank you for reading my review!

fries were over-salted to the point my mouth started to tingle,didnt finish em. double bacon burger had so much mustard I couldn’t taste the burger and had to ditch the pickles. pretty fast service so there is that.

Was all ready and excited to have a meal here, the color red was loud and bold inside and out.
My visit was during noon rush a busy peak but the acoustic had no buffers for how loud the sounds got to a point it was unbearable with people talking,the music with calling out customer order number was like a bingo hall with the person ready the number and the volume was load.
While ordering food the staff were warm and friendly while working a fast paced they did a great job. When you head for the spot that you pick up the food,I wish for any handicap ♿️ or elderly person to have a clear path to the counter, so folks are not maneuver around tables that are full of folks making it hard to travel with there try of food.
The food was fast and fresh also hot and ready to eat with joy of hunger .
Our dessert the turtle pecan Sunday looked so yummy but it melted way to fast making us feel we paid to much for a bowl of soup ice cream.
Lot of folks would sit down after a table got up with out a staff to wipe tables, hope with large staff in kitchen can do trips out to wipe tables and spot check bathrooms when it’s busy.
I still plan to visit again but during a slower time.

The food here is very good with a variety of hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, and sides, which have a great selection with fries, tater tots, and onion rings. I did not care for the ice-cream as much because it is very sweet for me. But it is Custard, and friends of mine do like it. But we all agree that the ice-cream is a little pricey for a fast food place and what you get. The main dishes are comparable to most of the high-end fast food places in the area.
The atmosphere is lacking in my opinion. It is a brand new place and already looks a little dirty and there is little room to form a line to order. Our table was not clean, and usually isn’t when we go, so bring wipes. In all fairness, it is usually on Sunday when it is a busy time. The people seem friendly and helpful.

I have eaten at a free of the across the country so I was very excited when I found out one was opening here. It was very busy so it did take some time to order. The staff were nice but new so a little show but I am sure they will get better. The food was fantastic and I was super pleased. My only real complaint was that I got a signature called peanut butter something but it barely has any toppings at all and was mostly vanilla custard. For six bucks, it should have been loaded down with toppings like most places.

First time at Freddy’s tonight and here are my thoughts. First, whoever designed the parking lot and needs to rethink their choices. Also, who’s idea was it to put a burger place literally down the road from Culver’s and 5 guys? Top tier thinking right there. Skip the chips for a side. It’s an overpriced bag of potato chips. We thought they would be fresh chips out of the fryer. The burgers and fries were tasty. The burgers had a nice crisp to them and the fries were seasoned well. Freddie’s reminds me of mid-western In-N-Out but with better fries. I said what I said. The atmosphere is loud. Could barely carry a conversation with my wife without feeling like I am yelling. Overall, it’s good but I won’t go out of my way when Culver’s and 5 Guys are down the street

This started out as a great place. But now after it has been open for a while. The place has started making their hamburgers and stacking them for hours. I went here in December and this month February. Both times I ordered a cheeseburger. Both times the burgers were not fresh but cold and old. The cheese didn’t melt at all.

I order a chili cheese dog with no onions and a cheese fries. The hot dog had onions and barley any cheese on the fries. It was hard to order cause they yell over mics. Service was extremely slow. I only gave it 2 stars because the lemon frost was really good, although it was gone before I got my food. Very disappointing.

Just walk over to Culver’s. It will save you time and money and you will get quality service with quality products.
Food – burger bun soggy on bottom from sitting too long before served. Nothing piping hot. Custard was very melty when served, hardly any topping mixed within, watered down. I worked in custard before.
Service – slow and very disorganized
Atmosphere – unclean tables and visibly annoyed customers like ourselves since we waited almost 20 minutes when we waited for our food and then again for our custard.
