Ordered online so can’t really speak to service, but the double smash cheeseburger i ordered was mediocre at best. Part of the problem is the foil sleeve they put the burger in. It traps in moisture, by the time I got home 5 minutes away the bun was completely soggy. Burger had little taste. Look into putting your burgers into a cardboard box so the burgers don’t get so soggy. Last time eating here , I tried once more after disappointment from previous burger years ago

The guy that took our order was nice and he actually made a little conversation which was nice, the food is pretty good, I’d say a little above average burger but they have really good fries and a pretty good milkshake. My mom said the chili cheese fries were a solid 9/10.

I have been coming to this location quite a bit and the food has been outstanding every single time. There have been a few times the order wasn’t correct, but when I brought it to their attention the manager didn’t hesitate to make it right and even throw in xtra stuff for the inconvenience. I’d recommend any steakburger lover to give this location a try!

Just ordered a peanut butter and bananas and after a 10 minute drive home, it was completely soup wasn’t frozen at all and the food was cold. We’ll never order from this place again called to complain and they said I’d have to come back in with the receipt which is you know a 10 minute drive back. they should really take care of their customers

The patty melt this round was a little dry and over cooked, lacked moisture. The fries were fabulous as usual. I had ordered a peanut butter shake and ended up with a peanut butter chocolate and banana shake which was pretty good actually I just wasn’t expecting it.

Normally not disappointed, but today was sad. Ordered a whole other meal and did not receive it. My chicken patty was paper thin and hard to even break apart. This was the spicy chicken sandwich with barely any sauce so no spice. Really no flavor. Fries were cold. Kids hot dog was cold.

The burgers were delicious. Amazing flavor and the texture was juicy yet crispy. The French fries and french fry sauce are unmatched. Food came out hot and quickly. The restaurant was clean, and employees were friendly and helpful. They have a self-serve pop machine, which I appreciate. Prices are very reasonable. Plenty of parking.

From the moment I got in and needed a minute to decide to the moment the staff offered to get my tray to the trash.
The place is inviting and nice setting of tables and booths.
The staff is quick, friendly and very professional.
The price value is great as well! Easy parking as this sits in a strip mall.
I could feel the natural flavors of the burger. Loved that it did not taste chemical.
I will be back very often for such tasty burgers!
