Very fast service and food was super good. Lots of choices and all the food was really fresh. This was the first time we tried a Freddy’s and we will definitely be returning. The steak sandwiches are awesome!

I was greatly disappointed in our first visit here. We went through the drive thru, it wasn’t fast, but I wouldn’t say it was overly slow. It took a while though. Our fries were nowhere near fresh at all. They were warm if that when we tried them right after pulling out of the parking lot. By the time we got the few blocks home they were room temp and gross. The burgers were not hot and didn’t seem fresh off the “grill” either. Mine was just slapped together poorly and one of the pickles wasn’t even in it it was under it in the wrapper. Both of our burgers were still pink in the middle which I’m not sure how is even possible with these type of burgers that are pressed thin during cooking. I hope they improve. I really expected better for being just opened. I will say the girl at the window was very nice and friendly as well as attentive and quick.

We had dinner at Freddy’s around 9 pm, ordering the double burger, cheese curds, and onion rings. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff. The burger was great, juicy and flavorful. Highly recommend.

We walk in to no greeting just a blank staring race looking at us?? A dirty dining area water and spilled soda covering floor. Granted wet signs were out but crew has time to carry on private conversations instead of cleaning any area of store. A very ‘lack a daisiel” unhappy looking crew. Why? Where’s Management? Where’s the guidance that is needed? While eating i observed a team member drop a sundae cup on the floor then continue to use said cup. HOW DISGUSTING!! Is this what you were taught to do when something touches a dirty floor? Restaurant 101 folks.. Hopefully The store manager can have a store team meeting and get everyone on track and to remind how much teamwork and food handling is detrimental to there livelihoods in the fast food industry. It will be quite awhile before we return here.

We waited twenty minutes in the drive-through with only two cars ahead of us. I actually shut my truck off on two different occasions to save gas. When we finally pulled up to the window, we noticed our bag with the french fries and burger sitting there. We sat there another five minutes before the attendant opened the window to take my credit card and process the payment. I told her that the wait was unacceptable and I just hoped the food wasn’t cold. We arrived home in 5 minutes as we live very close. When my son opened his food and tried everything, it was all cold!

Despite what other reviews are saying, the food was indeed warm. However, we dined in and it wasn’t during the lunch rush. The employees were extremely friendly and even brought our food to the table. The food was pretty average but was priced fairly so no complaints there. The only negatives I have to say is that the fries are thinner than most shoe string fries (generous serving though) and the atmosphere is weirdly focused on the founder.

I went through the drive thru and there were two cars in front of me, it took about 8 minutes to get to the order screen, once there she said she would be right with me, about 4 minutes later she said what would you like, I had to give her my order 3 times because she said her computer was glitching. So at this point I’ve been in the drive through about 17 minutes. I finally made it to the window to get my food and sat there for right around 14 minutes before she gave me my bag. I had ordered a burger, onion rings, cheese curds and a soda. The food was okay and hot when I got it. To be honest it really didn’t matter how the food tasted at that point. I have never been to a drive thru fast food restaurant that took that long. I went through the drive thru so I could get my food fast. I doubt I will ever go back.

It was my first time ever trying Freddy’s. We ordered through the drive through. I ordered cheese curds with my meal but didn’t get them and it was also wrong on the receipt. I went in and stood at the counter for a minute or 2 and wasn’t even acknowledged so I left before I could get any cheese curds. The food is ok but the service is obviously totally horrendous. It was my last time having Freddy’s.

This was our first time at Freddy’s. They’re a notch above McDonald’s or Burger King. They’re closer to Culver’s. The chicken tenders were really good. I’m not sold on the custard yet. The fries are like shoe string fries & are very yummy. My son really liked the taste tots. If you dine-in be aware that it’s a small space & kind of loud.
