Staff didn’t seem to care if we were there or not.
The food was pretty good.
Kinda felt like you were at steak and shake.
It is December and cold outside, but it may have been just as cold inside.
I would eat here again, but wouldn’t go out of my way to get here.
It was ok.
Update.
My wife went to the restroom and had to crawl under the door to get out because it wouldn’t unlock.
Hopefully the floor was relatively clean!

The food tastes really good and the quality is solid! The ice cream was also delicious. I definitely recommend the California-style burger — super tasty, and the tomatoes were really juicy. The fries is so good!

The man at the window with the dreads who worked the window sucked! Terrible service. Very very rude employees. Didn’t give me all of my food and didn’t even fill up my fries half way. The lady at the window with the long dreads was trying to hurry us up and was very rude to us trying to rush us out of the window. DID NOT make our food correctly. I will not be coming back!!

Freddys is known to have great reliable food and service. They were out of tenders, the burger was extremely salty and inedible which is unreal since they probably have specific instructions on how to salt them, the fries were very old and tough to chew like a stone and very oily but dry some how. Diabolical mean to say the least. But the absolute worst part was the employees and the way they were acting. Not necessarily rude but simply we’re not maintaining hygiene standards, completely unprofessional and lazy. PLEASE FREDDYS BLOOMINGTON HIRE NEW PEOPLE, this is 100% a reflection of the people you guys have hired!

Our order was taken quickly, food was fresh and delicious, employees were friendly and the restaurant was clean. Very good experience and we will definitely return. The only suggestion I would have is to cut back on the salt a bit, but it is still very good.

Technically, this is my first Freddy’s experience. The first location I attempted to try was too messy with food all over the kitchen, and I was not willing to risk eating in the unsanitary conditions. I did not see any evidence of this kind of mess at this location. The dining room was neat and clean, and the trash was not overflowing. There was a little wait but nothing out of the ordinary for fresh cooked burgers and mixer. I was pleased with the temperature of the food, the freshness of the topings, and the flavor of the meat. I tried the California burger, and it was pretty delicious. I also really liked the skinny little crispy fries. Nice place and the staff was very friendly.

They reached out to me and they seemed to have resolved the problem and stopped the people closing the store early. So you should now still be able to go through the drive through till actual close at 10 pm and 11pm on there respectable nights . (( no more cones blocking drive through for early against the rule closing)) they also gave me top notch customer service!! I have always enjoyed the food here and I hope to continue to eat here often. I hope this also brings back more business from the rest of you who felt betrayed. It’s not the companies fault a few young people wanted to be unprofessional.
So they could quote “ get home early to play video games”. Being productive and professional means honoring and doing what you company that hires you actually wants. Also no one got fired so everyone got a second chance to do it right, which is an extra plus in my book!! Excellent food , keep at it o7
