No undercooked beef is safe
Today the restaurant did not appear clean at all asked for no salt on the burger so salty couldn’t even eat it. They remade it and added even more salt and the burger was not even cooked all the way customer service was not that great I had to stand at the counter, waiting to be waited on for 10 minutes And there was nobody in line. Don’t think I’m gonna be using any more of my rewards here.

Food was really good. The hamburgers are flat patties, kind of like steak and shake. They’re custard is quite tasty. The chocolate custard is more like a dark chocolate and is rich and thick. All around good experience.

Ordered a California style and was told it already had 2 hamburger patties when I asked for a second hamburger patty. Got home and sure enough there was only one. The food was fairly cold, even for waiting to get home. The fries were too salty, and I did not receive the large fries and drink like I requested, which was a double whammy because whoever poured the drink is the reason I order large drinks because people always put way too much ice in the drink and I ran out of soda quite fast. The whole meal was disappointing enough that I actually enjoyed writing this review more than I enjoyed the meal.

My family decided to meet up and go to Freddy’s. Unfortunately, we will never go back. We waited an hour for our food and it still wasn’t ready. They made 3/4 of our food and it sat there for over 25 minutes on the counter while they filled drive through orders. They never made my husbands order. At that time I felt the food on the counter and it was cold. I asked numerous times when the food would be ready before finally asking for a refund and a manager. The manager did not even apologize or talk to me he was too busy talking to the general manager on his cell phone. He placed the “refund” and let me walk out of the door. He never placed the refund just printed a duplicate receipt. I went back up there and he had to call someone else to come in to actually complete the refund. I will never be back. No apologies. No response nothing. They also left the frozen chicken tenders out on the counter for a long period of time. There are multiple health complaints that I have concerns about such as cooked chicken tenders sitting on the counter at room temp for 25 mins. Not to mention the frozen ones defrosting on the counter. Just no. I cannot recommend.

I had such a great experience at Freddy’s Frozen Custard in Centerville! The food was fresh and delicious as always, but what really made my visit stand out was the amazing service from Nicoletta Meir. She was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about making customers feel welcome, but Nicoletta definitely does. Her positive energy made the whole experience even better.

Great burger very thin and crispy. The toppings were fresh and the service was quick. The only thing that i wasn’t satisfied with were the onion rings only given 7 and one of them was not edible because it was the outside skin and I couldn’t bite threw it. The few I received were tasty. Would go back. Want to try the custard.

The staff was incredibly rude. The store was relatively clean compared to other Freddy’s locations. I was there around 3pm Tuesday January 27th 2026 and while pulling out of the parking lot an employee filmed my vehicle and flipped the bird to us. I don’t know what I did to provoke the action. I don’t know a name but she was heavy set with black hair and pale white skin. The staff also gave me and my friend dirty looks the entire time we ate our custard. I have never caused trouble in a Freddy’s location and I have had no negative interaction with any of the employees outside of the Freddy’s. Get your employees in check.
