YUCKKK! My burger was pink. Who wants a jalapeño burger with a side of food poisoning? Also the onion rings come half full fyi. There was genuinely 5 onion rings which is unbelievable. Someone’s long black hair was in the bag too. Disgusting all around.

I have been to several Freddy’s and it’s always just been OK. Not bad but not necessarily great. I came to this location today and immediately it was different, for the better. The staff were all incredibly friendly and all said hello within seconds of walking in the door. Then the staff was very accommodating (I have weird diet restrictions) and understanding. The food was actually delicious and again I must say the service was incredible. I will be coming to this location every time. Thank you guys. Keep up the great work.

Compared to steak n shake they said… At first glance maybe. But as far as good it was beyond disappointing. Burger meat was too salty, bun too small, the fries should be banned cuz they’re flavorless. 100 percent underwhelmed. Only thing positive was the pickles was fire. Just sell pickles.

Moneek and Jason were so courteous and very helpful, especially with my little toddler during lunchtime. When I blinked, I had everything I needed served at my table without having to ask. The store was very clean and the food was nice and hot and fresh. We’ll definitely be back again and highly recommend this wonderful restaurant

I ordered a double cali burger with a small and a triple cali with a large fries it took at least 10 minutes for the order. I was the only vehicle there for 1/2 of that time, so they weren’t busy
I ate one of the fries on the way home, in the car. So it’s not like I waited until I got home to eat the fries. They weren’t hot! They were luke warm at best. They didn’t give us the 2nd order of fries. The burgers were decent. Then, after I got home and realized that we were shorted an order of fries, I called to complain. Nobody answered the phone! After about 10 rings a computer answered and told me to enter my code.

This was better than the average Freddie’s. For the first time, my burger looked like a piece of meat instead of scattered thin meat pieces on a bun. The shake had whipped cream and chocolate sauce, which I have not had at a Freddue’s before. However, it was a pleasant addition. They gave a healthy amount of fries with just the right seasoning.
