Today was my first time ever going to Freddys. I walked in unsure of what I wanted and looked at their menu for about 5 minutes. It was super clean and very laid back inside. It looked like a nice restaurant you’d see in a holiday hallmark movie lol… The cashier came up, she was super friendly and very helpful! I’ve never had custard before (except in a doughnut) and this shake was phenomenal! Super delicious and not sloppy. I give this location a 10/10! Kind and welcoming cashiers/employees are very few far and in-between! I’ll definitely be back for more!

food is good but orders can be inaccurate- i went and bought a sweet tea with fries and spicy fry sauce. i didn’t get the sweet tea or spicy fry sauce and didn’t realize until i got home and they were closed by then. this has happened a few times before. and I checked the receipt and was charged.

I received a crispy chicken club ordered on 6/27/2025. It was bun, chicken patty, two terrible slices of tomato and maybe 5 shreds of lettuce. I have photos if you’d like to see. I was told I needed to drive the 20 minutes back to their store before they could do anything. Clearly, customer satisfaction is not important to this low class establishment. An easy Amex charge back for goods not delivered as described.

My grilled cheese “Steakburger” has no BURGER!!!??? Tried to call number on receipt but it does not ring?? Not sure WHAT the brown burnt stuff was? Not burger, not onion, not bacon??? Had to scrape it off and have a $11 grilled cheese… VERY DISAPPOINTED. & I love Freddys….

I pulled in there not expecting it was going to be the greatest Burger I’ve ever tasted which it happened to been the lady that took her order was very pleasant she did not rush as she was very nice and very sweet she gave us ample time to see what we would like and and suggested a few things and if we wanted to ask a few questions we could which is very professional very sweet her name was Patricia the she was a fantastic the manager very sweet the people in the back were very sweet you can see that it was hard workers done and all of it was very clean and that burger was fantastic it was so juicy to be honest with you I don’t see another Burger comparing to it if you want a great fantastic Burger fantastic fries and friendly people that hand it to you I suggest taking a trip to Freddy’s Custard & Steakburgers

This place is awesome! All Freddy’s locations have good food, but the staff here at the Red Bank location is always friendly and cheerful, making the experience even better! If you haven’t stopped here yet, you definitely should!
