This place is an absolute nightmare! Filthy beyond belief, with trash and grime everywhere. They were out of several menu items, and the staff didn’t even have the decency to tell us until after we ordered, wasting our time. They clearly prioritized drive-thru over customers waiting in line, leaving us ignored and frustrated. When I confronted the manager about the abysmal service, he was shockingly disrespectful, brushing me off with a rude attitude. The entire operation is a chaotic disaster—avoid this dump at all costs! Zero stars!

Just because of prior experience, I timed how long the drive took and it took 15 minutes and 24 seconds with only two cars in front of me. There was a third but they left after ordering because it took so long they shorted me on fries (See picture below). Staff wasn’t very friendly. We saw several people leave before ordering because of how slow the drive-through is. The burgers do not look good. However, that was just my experience this time most of the time the food looks better and taste good.

This location has always been fast and high quality. The burgers are a great size and I think you get a good value on the fries in terms of amount and taste. Definitely visit this location.

Figured it’s been a min since I’ve been here. So why not try it on a Monday night for dinner. I walk in. No one in front of me. Took them 10 mins to realize someone was at the counter. Order my food. Didn’t wait too long for it to come out. Bacon cheeseburger with ketchup and LARGE fry’s. No biggie right?
Well… I get my food. Now the portion sizes here are ALWAYS different. People seem to have different opinions on what a “large” fry is at Milford Freddy’s. I grab my basket go sit down. I go to eat my burger and the bun was as hard as a rock.
Now I didn’t return it cause I had to get back to work. So I eat it. Okay it was not good but whatever I already paid $13. I then eat my fries. Hard as a rock.
Im done with Milford Freddy’s they suck anymore. I would rather drive to Amelia or Fields Ertle and wait longer for better service.

The staff here are amazing and quick with our food order EVERY time we come to visit. We’re regulars and honestly she knows what we’re gonna order before we come to the counter…. VERY personable staff and this is our favorite restaurant because the food is good and also the customer service is outstanding!!

We have enjoyed the #1 Freddy’s Original Double (w/extra pickles) several times now and its really good. We also tried the #5 Original Double Patty Melt, wow very good with the grilled onions & swiss cheese.

We love Freddys but unfortunately the last two times we’ve ordered for delivery we have had things missing but the bag was sealed, meaning the restaurant didn’t give the items, it wasn’t the dasher. We tried to call the location and it says the voice mailbox is not set up yet. Maybe they were out of order or off? 🙁 hate to leave a review like this but we were unable to contact the location.

1st time there food was very delicious. Reminds me of steak and shake but different in their own rights. Onion rings, amazing. Chili cheese fries awesome in flavor but a little loose/thin for me. Service-OUTSTANDING. I got the jalapeño buger, daighter and husband double bacon burger. Even though they are smash burgers (thin) you will get full. The bun ratio was perfect, mean it was super bready. The custards were also very tasty. Not super sweet either. Husband had tge turtle, daughter had the worms in dirt

The mens restroom is always clean, and smell decent. One of the best steak burger in Milford OH. And the fries.. OMG, they’re so delish. I rather eat here than Burger King, or Arbys. And Hawaiian Delight Sundae is my fave (see picture).
