This is a quick and easy fast food joint right off of Interstate 74. The cheese curds were notably fresh, salty, and squeaky (as they should be). They were definitely the highlight. I also have the Chicago dog, which was a good hot dog, but not the best Chicago style dog I’ve ever had. The bun was a bit dry. The frozen custard is delicious! Thick and creamy.

The drive-through person lady was very rude. She had blonde hair with glasses and She didn’t tell me she was short on pennies before I gave her my money so I never got my change back. I get places are short on pennies, but she should’ve said that first because I could’ve gave her a different form of payment.

Food was overall really good, fast service, my only complaint was the drive thru lady did not smell pleasant.. She was nice I just could not stand that smell, it was like a poop type scent. I’m really not sure if it really matters to the higher ups but it was disgusting. Another thing I heard was the blonde girl with glasses was saying very rude things about others while I was paying. Not a very friendly place but at least I got my food fast and hot.

It was an hour before closing, the dining room was not clean. The orange Frost and strawberry shake was good. The chicken sandwiches were good. The cheese fries were horrible. The fries were stale and the cheese was too thin and artificial. I was not able to eat them.

Food was fast, fresh, and delicious; service was very friendly. The strawberry crumble concrete mixer is hands-down my new favorite custard/ice cream, and that’s saying something. Also, the jalapeño fry sauce was unexpectedly excellent.
There was some trash scattered on the floor and the men’s restaurant smelled intensely of cow manure for some reason, so there’s some room to grow, but count me as a new Freddy’s fan!

I would give zero stars if possible. This location is terrible. They always have some sort of service issue. Or they’re always out of stock of items. The most recent time, I ordered a concrete. I was told they didn’t have any spoons. They asked if I would like a shake instead. I said no thank you & drove away.

You know sometimes when you go to a drive-thru, you wait and you wait? Then you check the bag, make sure everything is in there & drive off thinking you cant wait to dig in? Only to find that your fries are cold, the cheese isn’t even melted & now your shake is running down the side of the cup!? Ugh..too late & not worth it to go back so you eat what you have to so your belly isn’t grumbling anymore?
THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN AT FREDDY’S!!
I love Freddy’s! Its hot & fresh every single time! It is so worth the time you sit knowing that they are cooking it fresh just for you, the way you want it!!
