Well at least now I know why no one else was at this restaurant. I substitute and ice cream for a soda in my combo. You still charge me the full combo price, charge me for the ice cream, and would not give me a drink. And gave me the smallest cup of ice cream at that. We will not return to Freddy’s. These businesses must learn that there is too many other options, for paying customer to put up with this nonsense

Absolutely horrible customer service. I visited at Monday 12/29/25 4:30pm at the North Canton Ohio restaurant. I went through the drive through and the lady asked me politely to give her just a second to take my order. I waited 10 minutes only for her to return and say sorry for the wait to give her more time before she could take my order. There was only one other car at the drive through window. Very disappointed and I hope someone in management sees this

The steak burger was awful. Possibly in the top 3 worst burgers I’ve ever had. It was cold, rubbery and tough. Almost $14 for this awful meal. At least the drink was good. I don’t think I’ll return.

Ordered off the Freddy’s app, ordered a burger combo with grilled onions, pickles and Freddy sauce. I get my order and I get home to a burger with only cheese and onions with no pickles and NO SAUCE!! On top of it every time I go (which is rare and they always mess up!) they never put the seasoning packets in the bag and I paid for Freddy’s sauce packets that weren’t there either!!!! So I had a sauceless meal!! Not coming back!!!!!!!

We tried a couple burgers and they were hot and tasty. The fries were also good. It is really, really similar to Steak n Shake except the prices are about double. Two burgers, one fry, and one ice tea=$17.00. I’d go back but a bit pricey for fast food.

Nice new building, friendly staff. However… the food wasn’t overly impressive and a bit on the pricey end. The custard itself wasn’t anything I would brag about either. Seemed just like soft serve you’d find at some buffet. I could have found similar items at a cheaper price at Steak N Shake.

Great food and delicious custard. The cheese curds were yummy. Love the shoestring French fries. No onion rings due to a shortage which was a bummer but the other sides were yummy. The staff was super friendly. Great spot to check out!
