The service was terrible. The woman taking my order was so rude anytime I would talk or ask a question she would yell to hold on! Or Im looking! They refused coupons for free ice cream my kids got from school. I came once before and they took my coupon for free ice cream but I found out once I got home they did not redeem the coupon. And the food was subpar. My burger was smashed and not made without onions like I asked. Unfortunately won’t be going back.

We had a wonderful visit at Freddy’s! The food was wonderful! We enjoyed a California burger, onion rings, tater tots, and smash burger tacos. Everything was cooked to perfection! The restaurant was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!! Garth took our order and couldn’t be nicer!!! Wonderful experience!!!

Not a comfortable environment. No background music at all. Constantly hearing the young crew in the kitchen whistling incessantly, sometimes making gagging like sounds (and laughing), and when we pulled into the parking lot 3 employees were sitting on the curbs behind the building and stood up when seeing us enter the lot. Felt wew were interrupting their fun time.

I love it and can’t wait to go back! I got a double bacon Freddy’s original which was made so damn good. The fries were perfectly seasoned, and the milkshake omg wanted to go back and get another but I was on lunch break so I couldn’t . It was a perfect score place for me and will definitely be returning soon. Specially for that milkshake

If this was a singles ad the headline would be “MUST LOVE ONIONS AND SALT”. First time here and it’s interesting. I feel like it was made to accommodate Freddie’s taste and if you’re not Freddie you may not feel quite the same. The burger was very good – heavy seasoning – salt. Doesn’t really bother me but something you should know. There were also complete onion slices about a half inch thick on the burger. I like onion but this was pretty serious and I expect to be tasting that till tomorrow. Cheese curds are pretty amazing and I’m thinking healthy. Maybe not healthy but perhaps the healthy part of the meal as we move over to the custard based malt “milkshake”. It’s really custard ice cream with malt. So it’s thick like ice cream and you eat it with a spoon not a straw. Mega chocolate, like it was 2x chocolate. By this time I feel like I’m committing a health crime by eating this. Overall it was pretty tasty. Not sure I would get the same things since with the economy the way it is the total was $27.79 including tax. I’d rather go to a real restaurant and not a “fast food” place at that point. The malts were a $2.00 up charge which is actually pretty reasonable considering the quality. If you like spice and onions come on in!

My daughters (3 & 6) were home sick from school so I wanted to just grab them lunch through a drive thru as a way to get out. We had not gone to Freddy’s yet and my daughter received a coupon for a free combo and another for a free custard. I asked the person at the drive thru if I could use the coupon for the free combo meal only if I could use it for a kids meal instead (cheaper meal). The worker asked me to pull to the second window. Again, I didn’t go into the store because my girls were sick otherwise I would have ran into ask. I pulled up to the second window and handed the manager my coupon. He asked me very accusatory where I got the coupon. I mentioned my daughter goes to Surrarrer Elementary and they handed them out. He then mentioned he was gonna let me use it this time but it wasn’t filled out correctly. (The manager or whoever filled them out didn’t put a date just signed it). I looked at him and said I can assure you this is not stolen and it’s legit. He just looked at me, didn’t say anything else. I just said he can keep his coupon and I would never check Freddy’s out. Just a shame that the manager has HORRIBLE managerial skills let alone people. First and last time in one trip and I never even tried the food. This was today at 12:05pm on 12/16/2025. Please train your managers better.

Freddy’s Burgers are Excellente, their appetizers are also Excellente and their Ice Cream/Custard is THE BEST- and you know what!? They have a cool outdoor patio, that’s what’s missing from Fast Food Joints— an Outdoor Patio! Their inside is pretty clean and enjoyable as well…

We came here the for lunch, and it was delicious. My husband got a burger meal and I got the chili dogs meal. Everything was very good. Also, you can’t forget the shakes and frozen custard. So good! You have to give this place a try.
