My family had always had a great visit at Freddy’s until we went to the Hopkinsville location. An extreme lack of leadership is the issue at this location. Nearly every table was disgusting. Both bathrooms were gross, condiment stand was missing napkins, drink lids and freddy sauce. The buns on all of our burgers were hard as rocks. The concrete mixer I ordered was not much thicker than milk. I saw most employees just standing around playing on their phones. Someone from management needs to go clean house in this loctaion ASAP, one rotten apple is making the bunch look bad. Just before we left am elderly couple came in, saw the state of the place, shook their heads and walked back out.

Adam took our order, everything was correct, hot and tasty. He even told us about the free dish of ice cream. Everything is better on a hot day with ice cream. Thank you Adam for great service! Cheese fries could have a little bit more cheese, but they were yummy

Food was great but the store was an absolute mess. The employees seemed like they didn’t care about their job or the customers. They made it seem like you were an annoyance for showing up and ordering food. Will not be going back to this location. Atleast the food was good that’s the only good thing about this location.

The food was delicious, but the staff was not very professional and could of had better service. Also, restaurant was extremely dirty and the floor, tables, drink and condiment areas all could use a good cleaning. First time eating here and would come back only because the food was good.

Oh my goodness, this place customer service is wonderful. The shakes are so delicious and thank for pup cups, I’m very satisfied with the food. All in all great all around!! Thank you Freddy’s for hiring such great employees. I will come back!!

Upon arrival we were not greeted into the store. We were the only customers there. The manager was om his computer at a dirty table and jumped up tp the front to take our order after we stood there for a few minutes. During our order he took his phone out and was actively texting. After ordering we went to the drink station to get our drinks and grab some sauces nothing was stocked and everything was messy. We looked for a table that was clean, everything was dirty so we picked the least dirty table. When our order was ready a staff member screamed to us from across the restaurant ” aye, your food is ready”. The food was decent, however, the banter from behind the counter was not decent. The manager was using cuss words and staff was laughing loudly all with their phones out. All the dirty tables sat there unwiped, all the areas sat there unstocked it’s a mess. We packed up and left, no goodbyes, no have a nice days. Lots of training needs to happen with this staff and management.
