I had never tried Freddy’s before, they remind me of a steak n shake, only much cleaner and better food. They call their ice cream concrete. I got strawberry and reeces. Was great. Custard is apparently made with eggs instead of milk. Made from chickens instead of cows. Never knew that. Good place, would recommend

Asked if I wanted onions on my chili cheese, replied yes, got none. Skin on hot dog very thick & tough. Fries cold but they are so skinny I don’t think they could hold heat long. Drink flat. No flatware to eat chili cheese dog?

Food was great but the store was an absolute mess. The employees seemed like they didn’t care about their job or the customers. They made it seem like you were an annoyance for showing up and ordering food. Will not be going back to this location. Atleast the food was good that’s the only good thing about this location.

First time at a Freddy’s.
The service took a moment but that wasn’t the fault of the staff. It was as the store was prepping to close and everyone was working diligently to get that completed while still serving.
The burgers were delicious. The closest I can compare them to are Streak N Shake but these are head and shoulders above.
The custard was fantastically creamy with many options.
The staff at this location you could tell also took pride in their jobs as the finding area was kept clean, along with the parking lot and restrooms.

Excellent burgers, fries, dogs, and custard. Nice clean bright attractive store. It’s got your typical fare of steak burgers and custard as advertised. They do it well. They have a special fry sauce which I love especially the jalepeno variety. They have been quite busy the two times we have went!

My family had always had a great visit at Freddy’s until we went to the Hopkinsville location. An extreme lack of leadership is the issue at this location. Nearly every table was disgusting. Both bathrooms were gross, condiment stand was missing napkins, drink lids and freddy sauce. The buns on all of our burgers were hard as rocks. The concrete mixer I ordered was not much thicker than milk. I saw most employees just standing around playing on their phones. Someone from management needs to go clean house in this loctaion ASAP, one rotten apple is making the bunch look bad. Just before we left am elderly couple came in, saw the state of the place, shook their heads and walked back out.

Been 3 times have been disappointed all 3 times. I really wanted to give this a go because I heard such good things but (in my opinion) the food is just kinda “OK.” And nothing to write home about, it’s just decent. Nothing special. But this last time I got given a “We can’t take orders cause our screen is full.” From the employee and waited a full 10 minutes. Had to meet my parents there for lunch and was a little late getting there, but they had finished their meal by the time the employee came back and told me again that they couldn’t take orders. Not their fault, they’re just doing their job but I got fed up at that point, what kind of system makes it where you can’t take orders? I’ve NEVER experienced that at any other place. They say 3rd time’s the charm but I don’t think I’ll be back.

Great food. To my surprise their spicy chicken sandwich is just as good as their burgers. Their shakes are the best around here in my opinion, and though service can take I while I think it’s worth it. Only negative I’d say is that the past couple of times I’ve asked for condiments I never got them or napkins

Just left, spent 30 min of my lunch in line. This is my 4th visit since it opened and the burger is always paper thin and burnt crisp. I’m hoping it gets better but I’m tired of spending $10 for a meal to just throw it away. Let me add to this since Freddy’s replied. I got the triple burger and each patty was burnt to a crisp.
