Stopped in for an early lunch and decided to try the Prime Rib Steakburger. It’s a couple of extra bucks over most of the other choices, but it turns out to be a really excellent burger. Plenty of satisfying beefy flavor and nicely topped with mushrooms and grilled onions. Will definitely be getting it again. All the counter people were friendly an efficient. Really my only minor criticism is that the music is much too loud in the dining room. I’ll be back next time I’m in the neighborhood.

This location is right is easy to get to. We’ve been here probably a half dozen times and there’s never been a wait and the dining room has always been clean and well-stocked.
I’m the kind of guy who usually finds what he likes at a place and pretty much sticks to it. Oddly, I have 2 things at Freddy’s. The Jalapeño Pepper Jack Double Steak Burger or the Patty Melt. On our most recent visit it was the Jalapeño Pepper Jack Double Steak Burger and fries. My wife opted for a bacon burger and onion rings.
The person that took our order was friendly and funny and was throwing jokes back at us as we were ordering. #FunTimesWhenPlacingAnOrder
Less than ten minutes later and our food was ready. Prepared just like we ordered, and to borrow a phrase from my fast-food days, “hot food hot”. Burger we hot and the fries, while shoestring, were hot and well seasoned. The burger was a cheesy, double-patty, heart-friendly masterpiece…and I loved it.
The staff was hustling making sure food we getting served, shakes were being made, and the drink station was clean.
This time of the year they were decorated for Christmas and a number of the employees were festively dressed and in great Holiday cheer.

Normally food is great here, but I’ve noticed a trend. If you dine in you get a mountain of fries and a ton of cheese. My husband ordered a large cheese fry in the drive thru today. What he brought home felt barely a regular size fry with very little cheese on it. I know this is nitpicking but with food prices getting higher it would be nice to at least get what you paid for.

Went in the drive thru for shakes. Employee didn’t know what a malt was. The order was incorrect at the register. Not the correct flavor or size. Ordered hot fudge malts with extra hot fudge. One of them had no hot fudge, the other had very little. Waste of money. We won’t be back

The food here was good, however it was mediocre. I had the patty melt, and my bF had the double steak burger. Very comparable to steak and shake, just a little better in our opinion. However the shake we had was REALLY GOOD.

I love Freddy’s and the food, the staff is always kind. I’m a bit frustrated about a situation that happened 11/12. I had a reward for $15 off and redeemed it. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a receipt and I forgot to ask for one. The total was 19.64 for 2 kids meals and an entree of 3 chicken tenders. The remaining balance was $4.64. When I checked my bank statement the next day, I saw I was charged $20.64. I know things can get crazy at drive-thrus and I know a lot was going on.

The food is great, though it’s irritating standing in line for a long time when there’s only one person working on the cashier taking orders. Tables were clean and floors were swept, kitchen was messy though. And I’m assuming there was some drama happening with a… bald guy? Dunno, just reading the other reviews. But overall the music is a little too loud, hard to hear the cashier talking over the noise. Love the black guy who made my fries though!! He’s cool! Though my custard was messed up, I asked for half vanilla and half chocolate CUSTARD, not the chocolate syrup. But I guess it was alright. but also, I might come back to get cheese curds with chili on them, dunno if it’s possible but I might, not sure.

Customer service is trash. This is not the first time I’ve came to order food and drive through staff act like they do not want to be there and rude. I had an order be made wrong on first the guy that took the order gave attitude but what makes it worse is the cooks who were told gave attitude as well. I get it everybody has bad days but don’t let customers who have nothing to do with it see ☺️.
